I took royal honey and I had an erection that lasted 48 hours with two distal shunts. The Al ghorab shunt. It is caused me to have severe carpal fibrosis towards the end of my penis corporal fibrosis extends about 3 inches. The doctor said that he would not be able to put inflation device in the end of my penis due to the corporal fibrosis it will be rigid at the base but towards the end will be limp I am so nervous. Has anyone had a penile implant that had carpal fibrosis. before this happened I was 9 1/2 inches I am just worried that when he does the penile prosthesis that the end of my penis will be limp like it is now due to the fact no blood gets up there. I am OK with losing a little length I just don’t want the end of my penis to be pointing downward. Not sure who your doctor is but for a complicated case like this I would make sure to do a consult with one of the very best implant doctors available to get their opinion. Dr Eid comes to mind, though there are others who are highly experienced as well

That doctor sounds incompetent. Go to a good doctor like Dr. Eid or Dr. Hakky. They are able to use special instruments to cut through distal fibrosis. Have you been using a VED and taking pentoxyfiline in the mean time?

I have dr. Lentz at Duke. The episode of priprism was on August 9th. Dr lentz has me scheduled for April 17th for prothesis.

I use VED at least once a day most of the time twice a day. Pump and hold erection for 10 minutes. It’s a premiere vacuum therapy system by university compounding pharmacy
