I can't understand why every surgeon doesn't copy Dr Eid's protocol

Dr. Eid has the lowest infection rate and gets seemingly the best results. He has done the most implants and has the most experience.

I can't understand why other surgeons don't copy his approach to anaesthesia, surgery, stitching, recovery, bathing, cycling and more.

It’s a good question. I believe he credits his “no touch’ method to his nearly zero infection rate. I’m not medical but sounds like his hands are not in direct contact, only his instruments.
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.

That seems to be the one thing the other surgeons actually did copy.

Bwtbbb:

This is a question.

Where are you seeing actual published statistics which show his and other surgeons’ actual infection rates?

I’m not being a prick. I’m just a stickler for truth, facts, and being able to support a statement. There’s a lot of subjectivity in implant land. But infection rate isn’t one of them. Where are you seeing various doctors’ numbers compared?
Age 68. Physically fit educated red neck in Texas. Very married. 23 cm (18+5) of LGX installed by Dr. Bryan Kansas 12/31/2019. I fought the ED and my wife & I won. I’m either full of shit or sound advice. You decide which.

He told me that his infection rate is the lowest.

I don't know other surgeons' rates but if you ask your surgeon they should be able to tell you their infection rate.

I thought it was common knowledge that his 0.6% infection rate was the lowest. It is on the Peyronie's forum at least.

His claimed infection rate is 0.4% -- so would be 4 out of 1,000.

How much time have you spent on this forum? He’s certainly the most used + discussed surgeon on here, and arguably on Earth.

There are other great surgeons though of course- Perito, Clavell, Hakky, Karpman etc etc

I had an implant 12 weeks ago. I have no reason to research other implant doctors 1,500 miles away.

So what percentage of users here have traveled to NYC and been implanted by Dr. Eid? Just curious.
