Is it doable? I can masturbate for hours without losing the erection but my erection will start leaving a few seconds after I stop stimulation, I would technically get a semierection to a total of roughly 65% rigidity from foreplay and then stimulate for a few seconds to get to a full erection of 100% rigidity before putting it in, the erection would maintain itself from the thrusting, has anyone on here with a venous leak done it like this? I don't know what EDV numbers are, I got it done while flacid, the doctor put some liquid stuff on my penis and then passed some stuff on top of my penis he explained stuff in technical details but it just went over my head, there were some pictures like these on a screen in a machine I pretty much had mostly some purple coloring with a side that had quite a lot of red it was all in the shape of two circles and he told me that the leakage was on the tunica albuginea and not the corpora cavernosa, I find weird that he did it while I was flaccid I thought I was going to have some stuff injected on my penis, while we were talking he said to never inject anything on my penis. I tried finding a place that does cavernosogram but there isn't any in the country where I live only doppler tests. Yes, in my case I can always get it up, I can be not horny and just start stimulating while thinking arousing stuff or watch porn at any time and get an erection 100% of the time, my testosterone levels are also abnormally high for someone that just turned 27, they are above 1500 ng/dl, the laboratory didn't measure exactly how much because it doesn't work in numbers higher than that , I also thought about me having a weak pelvic floor but I only spent 2 months doing kegels and 1 months without masturbating and I noticed some improvement but I think it was from me not masturbating and not from the kegels.

well in general id consider ur diagnose of venous leak.
i thought while doing doppler ultrasound you should be injected alprostadil and take a look at EDV values because they indicate venous leak or not.

cavernosogram or angiography doesnt require to be in erect state to see leak i think - correct me if im wrong please.

i wouldnt say you have venous leak but rather maybe something with pelvic floor muscles.

especially fact that you can always get yourself erection makes me think my problem might not be venous leak cuz i barely can get erection on some days like today, no matter how my GF try she cant lift it, me neither. Then i have days where i got erection from kissing or licking poosey xd
