It's not as good as my erections when I was in my 20's but it's pretty darn close but the biggest advantage I see is once pumped, I'm hard till I DECIDE not to be. That took some time to sink in and let my mind get used to not going soft (when I could actually get hard) during sex. Now we can do what we want, pause if needed and just enjoy it. Again, it took time to get to where I'm at now so hang in there and keep cycling.
I've somehow lost all my old pics of before and after so here's a current pic.

Sorry for asking, Lunatech.

It would be possible that you say how much circunference you had before the implant and how much you have after it?

@Fran4524 I did lose a little girth (not sure of numbers though) but my girth is a little smaller on one axis over the other. Meaning with the implant I'm a little more oval than round. I'm pretty sure this happens with almost all implants though. My wife of 25 years isn't complaining though and neither am I. I went into the implant surgery knowing I won't have the exact same penis I had at 20 and that's ok, at least I don't have the penis i had before surgery and I have a GOOD working penis that never lets me down.

The main reason for this post is to let others know that you probably won't be a rock star right after activation (I wasn't for sure). It takes time and cycling to used to your new equipment and to get everything normalized.

Please ask questions if you have them. If I can't answer them I'm sure someone will be along that can. There is a great group of guys here that are always willing to help. I know all implants don't go great and it seems that those that don't go well get posted here and rightfully so, it's a great place for help and to vent. I just think there are multiple success stories for every problem story but they just don't get posted as much. Heck I don't post as much as I did before my implant just because mine is going great. We don't hear a lot of long term success stories on here and I wish we did. You guys just starting this journey (pre or post surgery) need to hear the good and bad possibilities. I want to hear from those who are having a hard time and I like to help or offer encouragement when I can but I also like to hear from those who are living a good life with their implant. It helps encourage others in their decision.

Ey, thanks for the answer! I ask because I am recovering advantages of LGX and titan. And yes, I agree with you... when men have a success history with their implants, they don't post it here because they are very busy enjoying the bionic sex.

Other time, Thank you so much!

@Lunatech New to FrankTalk read your post and like to say thanks for starters. Had implant done first of December and started cycling first week of January. Notice a inch lost in girth and length and got concerned as to "What Did I Do" thoughts.

Almost everything in your post matches what I been going thru since. Started using Perito's exercise to start working things hopefully back to what they where before ED started showing its side about 4 years ago. So reading your post has giving me some hope and will continue to cycle and do the exercise and maybe start seeing some gains.

I still have the pain every now and again but I haven't reached my three month mark yet either so hopefully I can come back in 3 months or 6 and have positive news and have the feeling of "OH YEAH".

Thanks again
