well then its very weird. in my case i have good and bad days. this makes me think i truly have inflow issues due to those narrrow arteries that were revealed on my CT angiography.
i think i have combination of inflow issues, hormonal stuff, weak pelvic floor that doesnt prevent outflow.
because im assuming your problem is just the fact stimulation need to be ongoing to have erection right?
because i have literally days where im just kissing hugging my girlfriend and i get good boner then like today she trying blowjobs handjobs and my dick cant grow more than 30-40% with such stimulation….
and you always can get it up but MUST stimulate right ?
Yes, in my case I can always get it up, I can be not horny and just start stimulating while thinking arousing stuff or watch porn at any time and get an erection 100% of the time, my testosterone levels are also abnormally high for someone that just turned 27, they are above 1500 ng/dl, the laboratory didn't measure exactly how much because it doesn't work in numbers higher than that , I also thought about me having a weak pelvic floor but I only spent 2 months doing kegels and 1 months without masturbating and I noticed some improvement but I think it was from me not masturbating and not from the kegels.
well in general id consider ur diagnose of venous leak.
i thought while doing doppler ultrasound you should be injected alprostadil and take a look at EDV values because they indicate venous leak or not.
cavernosogram or angiography doesnt require to be in erect state to see leak i think - correct me if im wrong please.
i wouldnt say you have venous leak but rather maybe something with pelvic floor muscles.
especially fact that you can always get yourself erection makes me think my problem might not be venous leak cuz i barely can get erection on some days like today, no matter how my GF try she cant lift it, me neither. Then i have days where i got erection from kissing or licking poosey xd
I got my diagnose done with this machine https://www.shockwaveargentina.com/img/home/elastografia-destacado-1.jpg https://www.shockwaveargentina.com/img/ ... cado-1.jpg
I think what I got done was an elastography that checks for the rigidity of tissue, apparently my tunica albuginea was stiff to very stiff in some places and that was a venous leakage, I think what I got done was not an actual doppler but that machine could also do color doppler or something along those lines, this is the page of the place I went to where it explains this stuff, the doctor told me that with 6 sessions of 2 times a week for three weeks would solve the problem but I have not read of anyone online that fixed the problem with shockwave, I only read of 1 person that fixed it using the shockwave phoenix device that you can use on your own, I've also read of people not being able to get an erection and losing sensation after getting shockwave done so I'm not sure what to do anymore, I could try injections but they say that they create scarring tissue on the corpora cavernosa and worsen the problem, I think I'm just going to get the phoenix device and try that and if it doesn't work I'll just take sildenafil or tadalafil to get an erection that lasts as long as possible without stimulation and work with that.
