Not really, I haven't tried anything new, in my case kegels didn't fix the issue, at this point the only things left to try are injections and shockwave, I haven't gotten shockwave because where I live there is only one clinic and it'd cost me 3600 usd to get 6 sessions and where I live (argentina) the average wage is 200 usd a month so I don't even bother working and I'm not really up to spend money on something that may not work not specially when I'm living off of inherited money / savings, in the next few months I should be getting one payment of around 12k usd and I will get myself a phoenix shockwave device (which I will have to pay someone to smuggle through the frontier with paraguay so I don't pay over half the price of it in taxes), as for injections I heard they can create scar tissue within the corpora cavernosa so I don't think I'll ever try them, specially since my venous leakage is in the tunica albuginea and not in the corpora cavernosa.

Never said a shockwave machine but a shockwave device, it costs like 850 or around that, a shockwave machine costs like 70k. Given how most cases online say that both shockwave therapy and shockwave devices don't work and if they do it's temporary, I'd rather spend 850 than 3600 multiple times specially since I'm living in a third world shithole where they expect you to work a full time job as an university graduate for 250 usd a month (remember just a 15 - 20 minutes shockwave session costs 600 usd as if this was the US and not a place with wages on par with sub-saharan africa).
