No, you are not the only one. The strain of stretching my penis (by implant) was gladdenly familiar. just like my adolescent raging hard-ons. Also, the reassuring weight of that mass of erect penis wand appended to my front.

I opine that the vast majority of implanted men enjoy that feeling of pressure, either while inflating or after getting pumped up.

Todd,

One thing that hasn't been specifically mentioned is there is a difference between just pumping up, as in cycling, versus pumping up while being turned on while having a willing partner fondling you. Yes, my dick still gets excited when stimulated and the rest of the acts are just as before or better. Better because you can relax and take your time with no worries of going soft.

You will know when you need an implant, it will become very obvious to you.

Yes there is a huge difference.if I’m lying in bed and my wife is playing with my dick and balls it still has the excitement feeling of rolling over with a natural hard on, fluids still start flowing but obviously I don’t get hard. After that when I inflate pre cum is pushed out as inflation begins which she loves. Cycling in the shower or bed just to cycle is just a thing. If I nap during the day I inflate fully and I believe the extended inflation has helped me with gaining girth. Let’s face it the cylinders are only so long so using mechanical things to stretch it out in my opinion is risking your implant. I’m Happy Again that I can fuck as long as I want and listen to my wife getting pleasure from my new bionic dick. Most woman have vibrators that they call BOB, Battery Operated Boyfriend. My wife has a BOB That does the work for her, cums and doesn’t break any teeth when she has it in her mouth. My satisfaction is 150% it used to be 10 pumps to full inflation but it is now 14. It’s longer and way thicker than right after the surgery.

I look forward to pumping every morning and every evening. It took 6-7 months to feel totally normal. But man is it AWSOME! Like others have said. Shots can last for many years but they didn’t for me. When it’s time it’s time!

Todd,

For the most part, I used to get horny to trigger an erection and that felt good. Now, when I pump up it up, that can trigger horniness, and that feels good.

So whichever way it works, both heads are still connected in my opinion.

Agree with a lot of what has been said above.

I will just add the same comments I've probably done a dozen times before.

No - an implant does not feel exactly like a natural erection. How could it? It's not created by blood. It's artificial.
But for being artificial, and for being an implant used to replace something as delicate and sensitive as an erection - it works damn good!
7 years after implant, I can't say anything else than that I am amazed how well it works, how good it feels.
No, not the exact same feeling as a natural erection, but very, very good.
The difference is like you mention in your post. That pulsating feeling is not there. Of course it isn't, because what is pulsating is blood, and now there is no blood filling up your dick. It's saline. And you push it into your dick by a manual pump.
But as someone said above - in the past I got erect when I got horny (well, at least after heavy doses of pills), now I get horny when I get erect...
That means I believe those two events - getting hard and getting horny - are correlated both ways. One will result in the other, it works both ways.
In our case, being implanted, getting horny is not going to make us hard - we will have to manually fix that - but getting hard (i.e. pumping up) will mostly make us horny.
Getting hard triggers something.

As for orgasm - it's better. As someone said, I used to start getting soft the moment I started to ejaculate. Now I can just keep going and really make full use of my orgasm. And in terms of sensation and feeling of the orgasm, there is no difference.

Will you feel fake?
I think that's up to you. I have said several times that if you are someone who is mentally in that place, who is completely stuck in a mental state of depression over not being a man (defined as being able to get and stay hard naturally), not having a "real" dick, being cursed with bad luck, etc, etc - well then you might possibly remain in that state with an implant as well.
For those who literally seek something to be depressed about - there will always be something.

With my implant, even though it works fantastically well and has given me the best sex life I have ever had in my whole life, I can still of course curse my bad luck. Why did this happen to me? Why was I born with the VL curse? Why could I not just have a normal dick like most other guys do?
What a pathetic freak am I, not being able to get hard normally, having to rely on a piece of plastic in my dick which I need to pump up? Women will think I am pathetic. Just an impotent loser with a fake dick.

But - I don't. I look at it realistically. I was born with this shit. It happened. I needed to fix it. Pills stopped working good enough, and actually never really worked good enough. So I dealt with it, moved on to the best solution available. It works damn well, and I choose to like it.
I think so much of the satisfaction with an implant (or lack thereof) comes from our mental approach, how we choose to look at it.
Am I an impotent freak with a fake dick?
Or am I a man who dealt with his shit and now actually has some powers and abilities that other men don't?
Do I hide around in the bushes, worrying about what women will think of my implant, or do I stand tall and aim to give her the fuck of her life?

And finally - an implant should not be compared to what we had when things were working great. It should be compared to what we have now. If what we have now is impotence and a shitty or non-existing sex life, then with a very high probability, and implant will improve that situation substantially. Always remember that.
But - that being said - I think most guys who do get implanted are surprised, or thankful, that the implant actually does work so well. As I said, it is there to replace something that is probably the most delicate and sensitive function in our bodies. Erection. It has to work well enough to preserve feeling good enough to reach orgasm. Sensitive and delicate stuff. And it delivers. It does replace all that good enough. Amazing.

Hello, I am also going to have a penile prosthesis implantation before long. First of all I am undecided between ams 700 lgx and rigicon infla 10 ax, I would also like to get some more length and girth than the original one. The ams I also read so many positive opinions on this forum, but I don't know why all the clinics I am contacting suggest rigicon because it is guaranteed for life, but I can't find many testimonials about how it works.
Also I want to ask you as an ignorant person some things:
1) roughly how many times do you have to press to totally inflate the prosthesis?
2) I have seen videos that to deflate it they first press on the valve and then squeeze the penis slightly to totally deflate it, but if instead one deflates it just that much that it is no longer erect, but leaves it not totally soft, are there any problems for the prosthesis? because aesthetically the limp penis would look bigger, but more importantly you would have to pump less times to inflate it in case your girlfriend comes near (and obviously doesn't know about the prosthesis)

thank you
43 years old, operated on 03 February 2023, Rigicon Infla 10 AX three-component prosthesis (model extendable by approx. 20%). Operated in Istanbul by Prof. DR. Karaman with penescrotal incision.
