Extrusion? Not sure I understand.
The way I am reading it right now is that, LONGGGGG before there is any extrusion, you will be in pain
I had the malleable for 2 months. I was able to test drive it because the implant does not involve your testes or your abdomen, so you are quick to heal.
The malleable is a 1 piece. Rods in your dick, that is it!

It is hard. The rods themselves are solid. Their thickness is another story.
You would have to be extra thick to be thick on the malleable.

Talk to your Dr about that.
You may want to do a search on topics here that cover erosion and talk to your Dr. if the same applies to the malleable, esp. if you have a lifetime guarantee on it.

Actually extrusion is a real thing too, sometimes it's mentioned in the same sentence with erosion.

Erosion is the breakdown of tissue due to the continued pressure of the implant.

Extrusion is what happens as a result of the erosion (when the damage is bad enough). This is when the tips come to the surface and protrude through the glans or inward thru the wall of the urethra.
