So, you've been implanted since 2017 and still using a VED?

I have been implanted since 2017 but only started VED very recently (last 4 months or so inconsistently). I started using VED because I am likely getting a revision for a minor kink in one of the cylinders.

You lose size from the surgery or the ED? Just wondering what your logic/goals are with VED? Like I am hoping the only things I have to do with my dick is fuck, piss, and the occasional revison post IPP.

Cant remember size pre surgery, I had peyronies for so long that and such a bad curve i couldnt measure pre op.

VED use is from Dr. Hakky's and Clavells recommedations to use VED presurgery to maximize size and keep tissue healthy by bringing blood into it. I have seen good results, dick just feels more healthy, fuller, better.

I highly recommend to cycle daily or regularly throughout the week. I took a 4 month break from everything (cycling, sex) to tackle a high volume work opportunity, and I developed a kink in the implant which i'm guessing is from it sitting in the same deflated position for so long. I don't think this would happen to everyone, and I'm not 100% sure its what caused the kink, but the younger surgeons like Hakky and Clavell recommend to continue cycling regularly (even daily for 20-30 minutes, or daily just up to max inflate even if its for a minute or two) to keep everything in good operation. If you are fucking enough then you prob wont need to worry about daily years after surgery. I was having sex almost every day until my 4 month break so I was indirectly cycling daily for sex and everything was perfect then only got jacked up when i stopped for 4 months.

Shitty thing with this peyronies thing is that it seems progressive and hits people again and again and finally you have severely compromised tissues. This has been my gripe for a decade now, it gets better and no pain then you notice another dent or something and you start worry about real size loss. IPP is a serious decision but also realize that once this injury starts it can be a serious problem any time and I guess an implant would be a sure way of preventing it
42 M. Mild peyronies like symptoms for well over a decade. Mostly related to PFS syndrome I believe. Seriously considering an Implant. Trying to mentally accept the situation, Pills barely work and trimix gel doesn't work, tried injections -hated it.

Yep Tried 100mg viagra tonight and got hard enough for penetration but it is not that stable at the tip and it is driving me crazy. I guess I will try Trimix tomorrow night and if that doesn't get me as solid as I usually am I am on to the IPP.

I get terrible flushing from any viagra over 60 mg with a stuffy nose for hours. same with 10 mg of Levitra. Cialis is more tolerable but I have to go 20 mg

Yes, very good point. There are too many guys who come here and see all these posts about problems. Very few guys come back to say "Hey, my implant is working great, and I've been fucking the shit out of my partner/gf/everyone I can."

Knowing that my doc does 10-20 implants a month in a fairly large city I'm assuming there are probably 4-5 thousand guys in my area that are implanted. I really would like to know the number of how many guys are implanted in each country. My guess is it would be in the millions worldwide.

I am doing VED daily for 10 minutes. This measurement was made before using VED tonight.

Hope this helps

What VED machine do you use? I went bionic last year and I ma loving it 100%. But my brother, was just recently diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and it has to be removed in March. Most probably he will go bionic as well, but wants to pump before to help in any length loss or girth. I can't help him cause I never thought that any oss would have occurred. So can you help him find a VED device he can use before surgery and then after going bionic? Thanks

FWIW, my pre-op length was 5.75" and my pre-op girth was 5.5." 6 days post-op, my girth is 6" at about 86% inflation which is a 9% gain over my pre-op girth.

Can't say if this will be the final number after I begin regularly cycling/using the implant but, based on what I've read/heard, it's likely that my length & girth will actually increase further over time.

I have no idea how much will they might increase but this is an example of how the Titan implant can easily provide you with 5.75-6" of girth, since my dick is only of "average" size.

You ask a good question. Unfortunately I really doubt that there is a very accurate way to even estimate the number of living implantees in a country. My opinion, in years past it was likely difficult to get an implant as a young man. So at some point because of aging. Implants are headed to the graveyard along with their owners.
So now that it seems like the medical profession is slowly changing this silly idea. The average age of implanted men should be moving downward. I view this as a good trend.

Gonna breath some life back into this thread. It sounds like if you are over 5.5inches girth than you should be prepared to lose some girth because the titan and ams do not expand far enough out to accommodate larger guys. Sad news for me I think I will try the urofill injections post implant because I was 6in in girth and now I am 5.75 on a good day or less because I can't get fully hard.

Some guys here say they have gained their above average girth back via cycling but not sure how that is possible if the implant cannot expand to those dimensions.
