Using VED for regaining the size lost due to Hard Flaccid and ED.
Using VED for regaining the size lost due to Hard Flaccid and ED.
So I have hard Flaccid for 10 years. I have been sufferng from ED for same years too. Due to this, I lost considerable amount of size and grith. Now I have seen in FrankTalk that people with Hard Flaccid will find it hard to use hard flaccid. Can anyone tell me If I can use VED before getting implant to regain my size? If not, what to do?

Try using a combination of both traction therapy and VED to regain lost size.

What is traction therapy?
I think (though am not certain) traction therapy refers to using devices that can straighten the penis out, especially in patients with Peyronie's disease. Like this on the Mayo Clinic website:
https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-con ... g-20483812
Few years ago was first time I ever heard of these devices existing and I asked my urologist about them for my 30% downward slope. He told me there are surgical options for straightening curvatures or there's buying a device for it. I didn't end up ever pursuing it but I'd expect his recommendation of which device is probably what you'd hear from most doctors, which is the RestoreX. Something about how it was made in collaborations with the Mayo Clinic, and of course it's probably the most expensive too: https://www.restorex.com/
Once I think I referred to VEDs as "VED traction therapy" but I maybe made that up and it isn't a real term. Hmm, though I just googled that exactly in quotes and there are results of VEDs being called that too:
"Vacuum erection devices (VEDs) with penile traction offers a noninvasive means to treat Peyronie's disease. In this retrospective study, the authors evaluated clinical outcomes of 20 patients with Peyronie's disease who underwent twice-daily 10-minute VED traction therapy, comparing them to 33 patients who did not undergo treatment. The mean follow-up was 14 months. All patients electing treatment experienced an improvement in penile curvature, with a mean of 23 +/- 16 degree improvement. Untreated patients had varying degrees of improvement/worsening of curvature but had an overall mean improvement of 3.6 +/- 12 degrees."

So I don't really know. I think VEDs are usually known for vacuum suction, while traction devices could be different and are designed to straighten out penile curvatures, which VEDs are not capable of.

VEDs have been proven to decrease curvatures, but not nearly as good as traction devices.
As for devices I own a RestoreX, but I highly recommend a totalman extender which uses a vacuum chamber instead of a clamping mechanism.
