I'm sorry. My mistake. I thought you had penoscrotal implant.
The amount of pain/discomfort left, particularly in the scrotum, is reportedly (and understandably) more severe for penoscrotal than infrapubic.
I had an infrapubic implant as did you but I haven't had the complications that you are describing.
My scrotum and penis are still swollen (to my eye) and look pretty rough but I have not had any problems peeing and, while the lower pubis near the penis is still very sensitive to the touch, I do not have any pain or discomfort in my scrotum or penis.
With infrapubic, about 1 wk is when you'd expect to begin cycling. I'm due to see my doc tomorrow 9 days post-op to get cleared for that. I can tell you if I feel any pain doing it by tomorrow.
Buring after the catheter is normal but it should pass w/in a day or it. A red flag is the blood you see in your pee.
If that continues past a few days, you should definitely be seen by your doc (or go the ER or a local urologist) to assess the probllem. They can run a optical cam up your urethra to see what's causing the bleeding.
As for the pain in your cock, I can only guess that there may have been some trauma caused to the corpora when the cylinders were inserted.
Given the type of pain you're describing seems like Oxycodone or Norco would be more effective in relieving it than an intramuscular injection of arthrosilene.
My doc prescribed a 30 day supply of Norco for me but I haven't needed to use it (yet).
Hang in there, Frank!
