Implants for Performance enhancement: hypothetical

Just wonder if those who are happy with their implants can imagine getting them at the time when there dick still worked but was maybe less than you would have liked. Do you guys think having an implant is almost a "performance enhancement" more effective than viagra. injections, etc.

Also wondering if you think your sexual performance it's self is better with an IPP than your fully functioning dick in it's prime.

I would have chosen to have the implant the very second I started showing signs of ED.
I tried to get it before trying injections but had to go through the process. Wish I did it sooner but everyone's journey is differant.

If I would have gotten an implant at first sign of ED I would have yes, ruined my cock for no reason since I was 35-40.

I used pills then injections up until I turned 65. I had a fantastic sex life during the whole time. I could out perform most men easily.

As you should know an implant is the last stop, no turning back. I don’t regret waiting and exhausting all my options first.

If injections are working for you you should not be losing any length or girth. Getting an implant will shorten your cock.

I used injections for 11 years without severe scarring. It didn’t prevent me from getting an implant.

I could and did literally screw for hours using trimix.
