Titan growth?

Does the Titan just inflate or does it also gain in length as you pump?

My surgeon left enough tissue which allows me 4 - 4.5 inch erection. It's not rock hard but good enough for masturbation or oral sex. After 40 pumps I'm a little bigger than my original length. It increases to about 6.5". Took 6 months of cycling using the Perito exercises. My girth also increased back to 6" at the base and 5.75 mid shaft.
Thanks

According to an often quoted study.
The 18cm Titan grows in length by .4/.5cm at 20 psi.
The 18cm LGX grows in length by 3.0/3.2cm at 20 psi.
Does this info answer your question?

I just got a Titan implant but I'm not clear what your question is.

The implant cylinders are like balloons that are placed in the corpora cavernosa after the corpus spongisosum is removed.

So, of course, they grow in length and girth as you inflate them. Titans are noted for their additional girth (in comparison to the AMS) immediately upon implantation.

If you continue to inflate (cycle them) regularly the cylinders should increase the size of your penis in terms of both length and girth over time.

How much growth one can expect, I do not know, but I would guess at least 1/4/-1/2 in both length & girth would be a reasonable expectation. Anything else would be gravy.

My dick was 5.75" long and had a girth of 5.5" pre-op. Post-op the length is the same but the girth already has increased to 6" at the base and 5.75" along the shaft.

I'd like to have at least 6" in length (for ego's sake). Any more length is irrelevant except for show because most vaginas are only 6" too. So, if your dick is over 6" long, the rest of it won't fit in most vaginas anyway.

Really don't need much more girth (6" is thick) but girth is what women notice most. So, I won't mind a little more of that too. ;)

sswinsfba :
I've watched a number of implant surgeries on Youtube and elsewhere, and I've never seen any tissue removed. Did Dr. Karpman remove your corpus spongiosum? I think that is not typical. There is no need to remove tissue that no long works.

I think you're right. I mispoke. More likely the cylinders are run "thru" the spongisosum, which is what I think you see them doing when they run the sutures thru the glans with the needle at the end of the rod to guide the insertion of the cylinders in the corpora.

It's not "more likely", that's exactly what they do.

As someone said below - if you take the two implant brands and just inflate them in a lab and then measure the length increase from deflated to inflated, then you'll have the readings as posted in this thread.

However - that is not the same thing as saying a dick will increase in length by the same numbers.
In best case it means it is the difference between a flaccid and an erect dick.
You can choose to say that number is how much the implants grow when being inflated.
Or you can say that's how much they shrink from erect when being deflated.

I have a Titan. I am over 3 cm longer when erect than when deflated.
Three reasons.
My implant is a little bit longer than there is room for in my flaccid dick. So when inflating, it "unfolds" and gets longer (or can reach it's potential). This effect is 1-2 cm.
Glans engorgement adds another 1-2 cm.
And finally, as stated here, the Titan will expand a little bit as well when being inflated. Probably less than one cm.

There are several studies of length gains and the two brands.
I don't have time to look them up again, but I did plow through them all years ago.
The findings are that years afterwards, there is a small difference between the two brands. Normally, both brands make dicks longer than they were immediately post-op. But the difference is very small. The AMS LGX increases (restores is a better word) length by a few mm more than Titans do on average.

So understand that the the 3 cm length increase does NOT mean your dick will grow by 3 cm.
In best case it means your dick shrinks 3 cm when you deflate it.
That is good if you want a smaller, more natural looking flaccid.
It is bad if you want a big flaccid.
But be careful with wishing for a huge flaccid. I think both implant types have their pros and cons (even though I only had the Titan and any LGX opinion is based on theoretical knowledge and reading about people's experiences) - and one advantage of the LGX is it more naturally mimics the difference between erect and flaccid.
