So now I’m going down the implant route I thought since my surgeon wants to go with Titan then I’ll call them I’m up in the UK and. Make sure there is good customer service/ support if there are any issues.
Initially the main Coloplast UK helpline didnt know where to send my call.
If you need help you need to ask for the 'Men's Health Nurse Specialist' - there is someone specifically there at Coloplast to help you based out of the UK.

Just thought I'd say that the Coloplast UK ED Specialist nurse called me back today, she was really knowledgeable, highly experienced and helpful. I've had lots of useful information send through along with putting me in touch with a Titan patient in the UK that I can chat to.
Its good to know that there is great customer service available here should I need some help or questions answering.
