Aroused versus un-aroused changes in shape. What is your experience?

So i’m 1 month and 6 days post op. I’ve been 60% inflated the entire time. Titan. Most of that time i have not been aroused. I notice my semi has a somewhat oval versus the round shape of my earlier erections. I am aware that in addition to the corpora, which was implanted, there exists spongy tissue, spongiosum, on the underside of the penis as well as on the glans itself.

What is the experience of you guys further along in the process?

Does the combination of genuine sexual arousal combined with the inflation of the device give you a rounded, fuller appearance? Or do you find yourself with a more more oval shape regardless of arousal level?

I do get the "mushroom" engorged glands when I'm aroused and just a cone when I don't ill try and find a couple comparison pics below if I can find any to compare.

There is also the creams or gels you can use to get the engorgement back if surgery has left you without the ability (can and does happen) I tried a cream a week or 2 ago and it has good results but I dont need it was just out of curiosity.

If im just cycling its just a non engorged head and if I have the feeling of morning wood or I'm aroused then I do get the mushroom back but we aren't all as lucky people still use a ved and ring too for the fuller glands.

Sorry probably worth noting 2nd pic is 7ish weeks and the 1st(not engorged) was 3ish weeks so has been some cycling in between

At first my shape was more oval, regardless of my state of arousal. By 6 months it looked more rounded, more so when aroused. By one year arousal would cause some engorgement of the shaft and glans, not a big difference in shape though. Then I started having morning sensations like I had an erection and noted slight engorgement of my glans. Now arousal during sex definitely engorges my glans, especially just before orgasm. My wife can tell when I'm close.

Mid March. Actual departure date to be determined soon. Talking to my GF daily. She (and I) can’t wait! That’ll be 10 weeks post op. Hoping everything is good to go and that we make maximum use of my new bionic capabilities! Thanks for asking.

Only 16 days post-op here.

When erect, my shaft is shaped like a flat oval. Had one oral and one masturbation session already.

Arousal doesn't change the shape of the shaft and doesn't engorge the glans. Glans is noticeablyl narrower than the shaft. No dog ears nor floppy, just not enlarged.

Am going to ask my doc if he'll prescribe some Trimex gel for me to see if that helps to enlarge the glans.

I haven't noticed or am aware of any changes in shape when aroused. There might be, I just haven't noticed. But I definitely notice a difference in size. I don't know the science behind how arousal works with an implant, but I know for sure I can be maybe half an inch longer when aroused. A horny implanted dick seems to get a bit bigger than a non-horny one.

My dick feels completely different when engorged vs not. Feels hot, veiny, full when engorged, similar to a natural erection. When not aroused and inflated it's just a flacid dick but artificially made hard. Viagra/Cialis helps a lot with the engorgement.
