Hey yes when I was about 24 due to be undiagnosed type 1 diabetic I was urinating sugar for years and it made my foreskin tight and itchy and would have lots of little splits if I tried to pull it back. Left it for like a year and then wen for pre op to be done which where they found the diabetes issue.

Before I loved my dick and after it was a but annoying as I have slightly more skin on one side but functioning wise it's sensitive at first but sorts itself out. The surgeon I had was in the UK NHS so they aren't as likely to care as its free health care on how things look but it's fine I have pics of my recent implant surgery on the site so you can see there or pm me and I can answer any questions or pics etc I don't have any pre op pics as it's like 10 years ago

I did, after I got married, I was 31 years old. I wanted to get it done because my penis was hard to keep clean with the large foreskin that I had, it seems that I would always have this build up of Smegma (a thick, white , cheesy substance that collects under the foreskin) and because of this buildup I would also get bacteria in there and the head of my penis would swell up and hurt and the fore skin would hurt too. I kept it clean daily and usually took a shower twice and day and washed that area really good but still had problems with the Smegma and swelling on occasion.

I believe that the problem with Smegma and bacteria growth was affecting my wife's private area too and causing her problems too, which would interfere with our intimacy.

I had mine done at a military hospital at Tyndall Air Force base during the Gulf War, the doctor did a fantastic job and I didn't have any problems. It did take a while to heal but it wasn't too long before I could have sex again and I really liked the feeling of not having the foreskin get in the way of having sex, and my wife liked it too.

It gave me a better feeling during sex in my opinion.

Some doctors don't want to do it because of all the blood vessels in that area and they are worried about too much bleeding during surgery and afterward, I'm thankful that I didn't have any problems.

If I had to do it again, I would.

I had a circumcision done almost exactly three years ago at the age of 42. My fore skin often irritated me despite throughout cleanings during the morning and evening. Additionally the foreskin started becoming tight and made pulling over the head difficult. Lastly I preferred the look of circumcised penis just as a personal preference. An unintended side affect has resulted in a bit of turtling too where it looks partially circumcised. I attribute this to ED. I get implanted in two days so that will definitely resolve the issue.

Yes I did, at 39 years old. Why because I always wanted to be circumcised for cleanliness and appearance. I love being circumcised! My sensitivity is still great and sex feels even better with no foreskin. Wife loves it too!

I might consider doing it, if one day i get an implant. Get a little bit removed from my scrotum, since i have WAY too much and get rid of the foreskin, since i find it kinda too much too.

Yes. I was circumcised at 26. So I've had sex both before and after. Let me tell you, once you've had uncircumcised sex, circumcised sex can't compare. You lose so much sensitivity. People who were circumcised at birth don't know what they're missing. Your glans is so sensitive when it has the foreskin protecting it all the time. When the foreskin is removed, it loses all that sensitivity from rubbing against your clothes all the time. Plus the foreskin contains thousands of nerve endings that are now gone.

My ED started after being circumcised. It was like having sex with 10 layers of condoms on.

If you can avoid it, avoid it.
