Re: Why are you not simply using pills?
I never tried them before my RP. Post RP they just don't work. They do seem to give other methods a boost so I do use them some for that.

Re: Why are you not simply using pills?
Most men aren't using pills because they don't know how to use them.
This is why it's so important to seek professional help before trying any new treatment: it's not just about finding the right treatment, you have to know how to use it.
In the year 2023, many men still believe that Viagra will give them an instant erection. It won't. Viagra is just an erection facilitator, not an erection initiator.
And let's not even mention combination therapy. I'd love to know the percentage of men that actually know what that is.
Cialis would be (almost) useless for me if I used it on its own; combined with oral phentolamine, however, it is an atomic bomb. Both drugs work sinergistically.
Today, there are several clinics that sell combined therapies. It's pure logic: if ED is a multifactorial condition, then combination therapy is the logical solution.

In which form do you use phentolamime ? is it injection or in pill form ? interesting you say without it cialis almost doesnt work because phentolamine is also a part of trimix.
40mg seems a strong dose as in injection there is much less.

Oral tablets that I order from China, where oral phentolamine is an approved ED treatment.
Phentolamine is an old drug and there are many side effects (e.g. headaches, hypotension) but it works for me. I tried several alpha blockers and this was the only one that worked.

thanks for response bro. Do you know if our body can develop tolerance to phentolamine ? Because as you have mentioned - alphablockers - yes, many tried terazosin with very good results, however…. terazosin kinda quickly builds up tolerance unfortunately so i didnt even give it a check. How is it with phentolamine ? How long you use it as for this day and did you had to increase dose over time or u sattled at one amount ?
