You're welcome!

Given the # of views this thread is getting, I assume many others are keeping an eye on it too.

These reports have been pretty routine but I think that's reassuring for those who read the more concerning reports of others having problems w/their implants who are more likely to be posting & asking for help & advice.

So far, my recovery has been steady & uneventful & I oipe that it continues in that way

FWIW, I plan to switch to wkly (instead of daily) reports after my 2nd post op appt w/my doc the day after tomorrow on Thu 2/16 (23 days post op) when he should clear me for sex & other activities, unless something of note comes up in the interim. :)

21 days Post-Op: 02/14/2023 815am

1st hot bath & cycling session for the day 3exactly 3 wks post op. In the tub now Bath timed for 45 mins & total erect time should be about 1 he 5 mins as before.

30 pumps to max before getting into tub. 45 mins in tub. skipping Perito exercises in the tub for now. Going to start doing them out of the tub while both soft & hard.

The swelling in my dick & sack has gone down a bit more. The glans still looks smaller than the shaft but not as much so as before. Took another measurement & I'm still at 5.75" long & 5.75/6" girth.

Still going to ask my doc for a Trimix gel prescription to see if that does any good. Still have a lot of daily 5mg cialis on hand but it stopped working for me long ago & there's no reason to believe it will start working for me again now.

F*cked up a bit by trying to snip/shave off the remnant of the suture knot on the left side of my incision that was sticking out & started a small bleed but it's nothing to worry about. Will just disinfect it w/Hebiclens/H2O2.& Swab it w/Betadine until it heals.

Dick & balls still get sore at night. Take 2 t500 mg tylenol & 3 200mg ibuprofen as needed for that. Swollen balls still rubbing on my inner tighs and an greasing them to deal w/that.

I've been pretty sedentary & have been spending most of the time at home post op
Have also been using an electric hot pad placed on my junk while watching TV which I have been as much as 6 hrs/day.

It provides the same type of comfort as taking the hot baths do and, if my doc is to believed should be contributing to healing by increasing vascularity as he said the hot baths do as well.

Update: Deflated at 1 hr 10 mins after start of cycling session. Used the continuous hold method and got the implant done to crinky/floppy and it reinfated as usual.

I too appreciate your updates. I’ve got 3 cycles under my belt (literally) now. My first one i was so anxious about everything working. Took awhile to get a proper grip on the pump and noticed it doesn’t inflate unless my thumb is aligned with the deflate block. Squeezed like hell elsewhere, but it has to be a bit precise.

I’ve notice, of all things, my posture makes a difference. So far i’ve only inflated in tub. Can’t do it yet on my back. Gotta be on my knees. Back straight versus hunched seems to make inflation easier as it stretches everything up.

Been doing the Perito exercises after inflation and can indeed squeeze a couple more in. Man, my stretched dick gets sore after about :45, so i knock it off then. Will be glad when one day i can get it rock hard and fully inflated with no pain. Yep. It’s hard!
Active, athletic 63 years old. Sexually, still 33 in my mind and spirit. Pills and injections all worked, until they didn’t. Diagnosed with veinous leakage in 2022. Coloplast Titan. 22 CM. No RTE. Peno-scrotal. Implanted 1/4/23. Dr. Clavell.

I'm glad you find my reports useful too!

I believe that you and I are current examples of the best one can expect in recovery for the 2 main types of implants -- penoscrotal for you and infrapublic for me.

So, please continuing postingreports for those who chose penoscrotal instead of infrapublic.

People on FT keep neglecting to mention which method that they've had (or are considering to get) done to them but the difference is important to note because the differences in the procedures and the differences in recovery.

The longer that time passes, the less those differences matter but, early on, those differences matter a lot.

----------------------------------------------

Yes, cycling takes time & practice. I've got around 30 cycling sessions under my belt now; 2/day in the tub plus a few extras out of the tub. I still find deflation more difficult/fiddly than pumping but I'm getting better at it.

In both cases, I cup the pump w/my index & middle fingers to hold it in place and use my thumb to pump for inflation and to press the button for deflation. I'm left hand dominant but I am also abidexterous, so I use my right hand to pump and left hand to deflate while sqeezing my dick w/my right hand to move the saline back into the reservoir.

I can pump lying in the tub, standing up or sitting in the recliner. Haven't tried it lying flat in bed yet but I don't think that would be a problem. If I were in bed w/a woman, I could probably do it lying on my side while eating her pussy, sucking her tits or fingering her pussy while pumping my dick w/my right (or left) hand, and, she'd probably wouldn't know what I was doing. 8-)

Deflation is another matter. It's a 2 hand operation -- one for the deflate button and the other to squeeze the dick. So, I'd excuse myself to go to the bathroom and do it there in private, which I actuall have already done w/my last GF.

So, far a little over 1 hr is my limit for inflation. Don't see the point in doing it much longer than that. Shorter & more frequent sessions is probably more useful than longer but fewer sessions.

"Slow & steady wins the race." ;)

I'm between GFs but, for those who have an SO, remember that it's Valentine's Day and don't forget to buy somethimg for him or her before you see her/him when you get home.

The fringe benefits are nice but life is so much more pleasant when you don't have to worry about that sh*t IMO.

-----------------------------------------------

The reason I'm signing in again now is because I decided to cycle while sitting in front of the laptop while watching TV. Definitely more comfortable while doing it in the tub but I've got an electric space heater placed close enough to keep my junk warm w/o starting a fire.

Definitely feeling the "stretch." I can stand it for now but may cut the session short. Going to jerk off (lightly) to my favorite porn to keep my mind off the "stretch."

Update: I "came" after only 5 mins and my glans did get a bit larger when I did. Decided to deflate after just 10 mins because it was uncomfortable but, as far as my glans is concerned, don't think I need Trimix after all. ;)

22 Days Post-Op: 02/15/2023 735am

1st Hot Bath & Cycling Session today. 20 squeezes to max. Did Perito 1x4x10 pre-inflation and 1x4x10 at end of session. Did top up mid session and at end; only 5 squeezes each time needed to top off.

1 hr 10 mins session; 45 mins in tub and 25 mins out. The stetch out of the tub is still uncomfortable; not painful but not something I want to do for long. Hot water/tub makes it feel much better, which is why it's recommended, but need to work on the out of tub time if I actually going to use it.

Overnight balls tightened up; sack still swollen & tendeer on left side. Balls still chafe inner thighs; have to grease them up to reduce fricion after bath.

Had difficulty deflating today. 3 attempts initially then 2 more to get it to crinkly/floppy. Again tried a 1/2 pump to close the valve to prevent auto-inflation but that failed again.

Deflated, still feel tension in the implant but it is bendable -- 90 degrees up & down and about 45 degrees side to side. It hangs at about 530 on the clock. So, it doesn't look erect but it doesn't look flaccid either.

Have to wear tight lycra shorts when going out. Uncomfortable (not painful). Tried different positions but best is just to point it down one leg or the other. Can be pointed up towards abdomen but that's even more uncomfortable.

22 Days Post- Op: 12/15/2023 750pm

2nd Hot Bath & Cycling Session.

20 pumps to max. No Perito exercises & no top offs
10 mins out & 50 mins in tub. Total 1hr.

Difficilty deflating. 4 attempts to get to crinkly/floppy. Continuous hold. Reinflation as usual.

Day 23 Post-Op: 02/16/2023 555am

1st Hot Bath & Cycling Session today. 20 initial pumps & 5 more. Total time 1hr 10 mins. 45 in tub & 25 out.
Did Perito 1x pre-bath & 2x in bath.

Pre-bath 1x4x10; penis bendable but not fully flacid; can bend it 90 degrees up/down but only about 45 degrees side to side. Erect Perito in bath 2x4x10; can bend the shaft only about 15 degrees up/down and side to side.

Can add 5-10 pumps to the implant after 15 mins whether or not I do the Perito exercises or not. Deflation took 2 tries to get it to crinkly;floppy. Reinflated as usual.

Measurement 5 3/4" x 5 7/8-6" today. So, really no change in the past 3 weeks since surgery. Still gets sore when fully inflated; stretched. Not painful but not comfortable either. So, far can tolerate inflation outside of the tub only for 15-20 mins. Long enough to get the job done but not long enough for a leisurely hr long session.

Balls still swollen and rubbing inner thighs. Decided to try wearing a pair of jock type briefs for more support which is better for the sack. Pointing my dick up against my abdomen is uncomfortable but no more so than when I point it down either leg to the side.

-------------------------------------------

Have my 2nd post op appt w/doc today at 1130. Have a list of questions to ask him. Will report back later on the questions and his responses. Not sure we're "done" yet. So, I'm going to ask for another followup appt in 2 wks.

Hey buddy. Just going to jump onto your thread here and report my own cycling progress. Hope you don't mind.

Today is day 4 and i'm in the midst of my first pump of the day. The first day was definitely the hardest. Finding my way around the landscape and very nervous about whether all systems were "go". They were, but that first pump was really hard. As others mention, the bulb needs time to break in and soften up.

I'm happy to report that it's already getting much easier. I have found the sweet spot on the pump and can find it easily now. The squeezes are already easier. I now put in 23 pumps. Do the Perito exercises, and pump up 7 more for a total of 30 pumps. At this level i feel the stretch with no pain. After 30 minutes i'll deflate about 25 %, rest for about 5 minutes and pump it up to the point of discomfort momentarily and then deflate.

Very encouraged with the pace of things. My dick is more oval than before, but WAY wider than i recall. I think I've lost no length and anticipate that the girth, when fully aroused will be better than before. Because i'm doing this unaroused my glans remain un-engorged. When that happens, will report.
