Frank, has you doc approved you to cycling while taking hot baths yet?
.
The hot baths are very soothing & improve the experience a lot.
I started taking hot baths when I started cycling only 9 days post op and had an infrapubic implant as did you.
Your incision has certainly healed enough buy now to avoid the risk of infection and, even if your doc hasn't said so, I strongly recommend that you try taking hot baths while cycling now.
I'm sure that you will NOT regret it!!!

Hey mabln how are you doing? Its been a long time since you were active. I sent you a PM too some weeks ago. Are you satisfied by the implant by Dr.Osmonov?
Venous like since I was 20 years old. Pills don't work too well. Thinking of implant in the future

he approved me for sex but no hot baths, a quick shower with a waterproof plaster, he said otherwise the wound will open, I have to remove the stitches on the 25th, unfortunately a kind of lesion came out under the glans where the spikes enter, it seems to me that they rub the end of the tips not the ones that go to the bottom of the glans

Well, when you can start taking hot baths, you won't want to stop doing it!
In the meantime, try a electric hot pad & or hot gel compresses. They will make it feel better.

yes I bought the hot gel bag, I do the bidet without wetting the wound and I inflate it, I can't wait to be able to take hot baths

update, the lesion under the glans with the help of the cortisoncemycetin cream that the doctor gave me is almost gone, it seems almost healed, the right side of the shaft from this morning magically doesn't hurt anymore, the left side much much less sore, indeed just a slight discomfort, if that injury goes away at all i plan to use this tool saturday by by guys

Mine was uncomfortable until the 5 week mark but still a little sore until 6 weeks. Insofar as underwear, I sleep nude because I don't like it cramped up. Also, my flaccid state is 6" and pretty large. When wearing clothes I ride it to the left or right because sticking straight up it's crowded and uncomfortable. My wife likes the bulge and said just don't worry about the bulge and be proud LOL.
Age 63 Robotic PR 2/2022, struggling with ED before RP, pills don't work, trimix not consistent.

I also sleep naked, the underwear is very annoying in the bed, I hope to be able to use it again in the future, I am about 5" flaccid and never flaccid, it always self-inflates by at least 4/5 pumps, as soon as I stand up it self-inflates by more About 2 pumps, dog ears are always present, even with 7/8 pumps, it takes about 10/12 pumps to make them disappear when the tips are already at the bottom of the glans and I have a semi-erection
