1st surgery and 2nd surgery was done by an absolute butcher in London Ontario who I won't name. Previous implant was installed about 12 years ago
2nd revision completed 5 weeks ago (January 9th) by Dr. Park in South Korea (due to leaking implant from previous surgeon).
Sub-Coronal approach used this time around.
Post-surgery, and after the bandage was taken off, I asked his assistant if I should keep my penis pointed up or down.
The answer I got was "it doesn't matter". So I kept it in the down position.
The first time I pumped up the implant at 4 weeks, wasn't able to pump it up much (because of the pain and needing to stretch things out); however, the implant seemed to bend slightly down rather than standing at attention as it did before.
I'm now 5 weeks in, have started to place my penis in my waistband and keep it pointing up as I did with my previous 2 surgeries.
Today when I pumped it up, I was able to pump it up quite a bit more than the last time, was able to do some Perito Exercises, and noticed that it is not bending downward as much.
My question is, should I have disregarded the assistant's advice that it "doesn't matter", and #2, is it too late to get it to point up @ week # 5.
P.S. Dr. Park is pretty damned amazing at what he does. I remember being in DEBILITATING pain for months after the previous surgeon did his work (both times). Pain post-surgery after Dr. Park is so much more manageable. He even added 3 CM to my implant.

Sorry I don't know the answer to your questions, I'm just curious: were your two first surgeries around the same time? If not, when was your first implant surgery?

I am not quite understanding you. How was your first surgeon a butcher if your implant lasted 11 years. Thats a dream for most implantees. Here you see guys failing after 1 year.
Also how much money did the implant cost with Dr Park in South korea?
Venous like since I was 20 years old. Pills don't work too well. Thinking of implant in the future

Months of being in so much pain that i literally would throw up even months after the implant. Felt like my vas deferens / epididymus were wrapped around the pump (felt like constant testicular torsion for months), doubled over in pain randomly due to feeling like the extenders (RTE's?) were stabbing my insides, pump placed so far forward (despite me asking him not to) that my thighs smashed my nuts together with every step i took.
Additionally, confirmed by Dr. Park: previous surgeon used incorrectly sized cylinders, incorrectly placed pump, incorrectly placed reservoir with unnecessary mesh making extraction of reservoir impossible.
During an appointment with previous surgeon, all of my issues were dismissed. I was told "you can be happy with what you have or be miserable", before he walked away without a care in the world.
