Definitely Eid, and then Perito as well. He notes a more studied and significantly stronger 15 year survivability rate with the classic in one of his MTP episodes.

Personally, in hindsight, I’d take a ~20% less chance of intactness at 15 years if it meant I could pump discretely with my sexual partners…

it's about 12/14 days since i started cycling (one touch pump) it doesn't make any noise, i'm experimenting how many pumps for my meetings, if i pump to the max like in cycling about 30/33 threequarters of the pump it gets 1cm longer but gets horribly oval (same circumference) if I pump 18 three quarters pumps comes natural at top level 1cm less but round and nice to look at, could have comfortable and more pleasurable foreplay and be hard for sex, but for sex add 2 to 5 pumps always three quarters of a pump, which I may or may not do during sex without my partner noticing, it would remain round, hard and beautiful as a fully functional natural cock, these are my 2 cents

You have the one touch which is quieter and thus able to do this. The genesis/classic is not capable of this.
28M, inadequate partial erections as far back as I can remember due to VL. Completely unresponsive to pills, disappointing response to Trimix. Stretch test 19cm. Implanted 1/6/23 24cm Coloplast Titan (Classic Model) by Dr Eid with .5cm RTE on left side

Others here have reported that with full arousal that the oval appearance diminishes. I just started cycling and see the oval. But i am FAR from aroused as the full stretch is uncomfortable. I expect to adapt to all this over time as others have reported.

My surgeon only uses Coloplast implants, he uses the Classic pump because he says the One Touch valve can get sticky (his words).

I left all technical decisions up to my surgeon, and I have no regrets. My attitude was, who am I to advise my surgeon what is best for me, I chose him for his experience. Of course, I am not trying to hide the fact that I have an implant either.
Used Viagra & Cialis until lost vision in one eye due to AION, therefore can never use pills again, then tri-mix 1 1/2 years until unreliable. Implanted 9/20/22 at 77 years old by Dr. Yafi, UC Irvine. Married 55 years wife 76. 20cm Coloplast Titan.

it seems that your surgeon is right that the one touch is sticky, in fact it stuck to my scrotum, I took hot baths and it seems to still be stuck, fortunately it doesn't bother, today I noticed a little eroded skin under the glans where the spikes come in, the doctor gave me a Cortison Chemycetin ointment morning and evening, told me to continue cycling and gave me the go-ahead for sex when that lesion has passed, I hope there are no erosion problems

Frank, I think your translator was misleading. Scrotum or testicle tissue temporarily sticking (attaching) to the pump during the healing process is common. It’s dependent on variables in the human healing process and can occur with any Coloplast or AMS pump.

AmansinCali’s surgeon comment is in reference to the deflate valve in the OTR which can occasionally become stuck between inflate and deflate modes. The Classic pump is a 2 valve pump. The OTR (and AMS MS) pumps have a third valve which provides the “touch or momentary squeeze” feature. It’s a nice feature when it works as advertised. However, the third valve in the OTR can become “sticky” or stuck between modes which then presents a problem the Classic doesn’t have.

today is day number five of my cycling regimen.

And just these few short days I have already discovered that the pump does indeed get easier to use. The very first time I used it, I was squeezing the ball, very hard, and nothing seem to be happening. as I experimented and moved my fingers around, I found what seems to be the ideal placement. That is, the pad of my thumb aligned with the deflation block. Pressing just under the block. With each day, the inflation becomes easier.

I am becoming more aware of the sound also. Yes, it does make what I would call a “squeaking“ noise. it would be noticeable to someone if you were pumping directly in front of them.

I have not had my first sexual encounter yet, and expect that it will happen in just under a month. So I have several more weeks to practice.

Frankly, the way, I am hunched over a bit and squeezing with both hands probably is not the sexiest view.

I think when the time comes, I will do as others have said, disappear into the bathroom momentarily and accomplish it there. Then, when I make my appearance with a full on erection, I will simply say something like “wow! I was thinking about you while I was in the bathroom and look what happened!“. Lol.

But, the implant seems to be working great. As I have read elsewhere, my dick is hard enough that I can literally hang a towel from it. I mean, my natural dick never got this hard.

Now I just want to acclimate to it until it becomes comfortable, fully inflated and hard.

Hey!

I've learned to pump like 5-10 times prior to the event if I know it's coming. I Can walk around pretty normal at 70% hardness. Then when business time comes I will pump one when she's not looking and maybe make a moaning sound or say something sexy to her or instruct her on how to lay or something or compliment her in between the next few final pumps. Or if she uses the restroom quick then I'll max pump then. But usually my voice can overpower the vibrating sound. Mine only squeaks for the first 5 pumps. That or tv or music is definitely key. Or eat her out while she's on the bed and you are on the floor and she will not know what that sound was.

Just gotta be sneaky and Intuitive. Takes practice. No different than trying to time out viagra doses and sneak some pills in your mouth and then make everything happen in the next 4 hrs..

Flounder,

I had my implant on Feb 7th, and I had a lot of swelling for the first two weeks. My Scrotum was the size of a grapefruit, and my penis also swelled around the base of the glans.
My glans is still very sensitive, with some minor swelling that subsides when sleeping. Anything touching it feels like sandpaper. :(
Moreover, the pump seems to be stuck to the front of my scrotum. The skin is still pretty thick, making it impossible to find the deflate button. I've been trying to pull it down, and to also roll the skin to try to peel it free from the pump, but not having much success. After 2+ weeks I went to have it checked, and the nurse said it was looking normal, but with a bit more swelling than usual. She also could not find the button.
The doctor came in and also tried. I finally had to stop him, as it felt like my balls were in a vise as he tried to manipulate the pump.

I'm interested if anyone else has had a similar experience. What, if anything needed to be done, and how did it turn out?
