Studying this strickly from a mechanical operation there's a couple of possibilities that come to mind, for reference see figure 1 in url, it shows the inner parts of the Titan. Granted it describes a difficult to depress bulb which is the opposite of your case but the same components apply. Im not in any way qualified to provide medical advice this just one mans opinion and sharing my personal experience.
1. Reservoir has insufficient saline to fully inflate cylinders, its assumed that the surgeon tested for cylinder inflation at completion so either he overlooked this step or you may have developed a slow leak in the system.
2. Or the inlet valve gets stuck not allowing saline to enter bulb to push saline to the cylinders. I had a problem with a stuck valve twice and my doctor was able to resolve it pressing the deflate button while simultaneously pressing the bulb going back and forth very quickly. It worked in my case and I had to do this at home myself on a couple of occassions.
So to summarize it worked on a hard to depress bulb but this may work for your situation as well if its a stuck inlet valve. I wish you luck and please keep us informed on your progress.

Re: Recent replacement issue
62 yrs old first implanted 9/4/2012 Titan OTR, lasted 10 years failed on 9/7/2022. Revision by Dr. Clavell 4/5/2023. 24cm + 1cm RTE's, Titan OTR. 110CC cloverleaf reservoir. Penoscrotal both times.
Re: Recent replacement issue
Thank you so much for your information! I have another appointment with my surgeon this month and I'm curious what his assessment is... I'll report back
28, Titan Touch 3/22. Length + girth back. ED all life. Feeling underfilled. Only 6-7 pumps until pump stays depressed. Hardness acceptable but not very strong. Thinking about malleable implant.
Re: Recent replacement issue
No solution yet and same problem. I am assuming a kink or under filled reservoir Seeing my next week but only pumps to about 20 to 25 percent so far

The Patient Liason is provided by the manufacturer (at no cost to the patient) and often has more answers thatn the surgeon.

In my case, the Coloplast patient service refers to the surgeon and his assessment

Can't believe guys spent on implants over $20000 and these "companies" don't take their time to help their customers, it is a Shame!!!!!
I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years

I don't know how much the implant device itself costs but, it's a reasonble guess that most of the $ goes to the surgeon and the hospital.
Age 73. Started taking 5 mg Cialis daily in 2000. Minor ED started in 2021. Major ED problem started in 2022. Coloplast Titan (20 cm w/1cm RTE) implanted infrapublicly on 01/24/2023 by Dr. Edward Karpman (El Camino Urology Medical Group, Mt. View, CA).
Re: Recent replacement issue
It is the absolute dream state for the companies. it really doesn't get any better. the companies and operators make silly money, men are relatively easily enticed, you can win the best customers with dreams and desires. the problem is that when something 'goes wrong' the operators and companies benefit... the men have to do everything because the situation is then unacceptable.

about 5 years ago i had an LGX implant. truly a life changer. About 3 weeks ago i had LGX replaced with Titan as i was having valve issues. My recovery has been so much better than first surgery but i tried cycling this am and after 5 squeezes the pump does not reinflate. stays flat or dimpled. only by deflating does pump refill. i will be reaching out to my Dr tomorrow but does anyone have any ideas or had same experience?
thanks all!
Contact Coloplast's Patient Liaison. The PL often knows workarounds that the surgeon does not. The PL is already paid foyr and can spend more time with you on the phone than the Doctor.
Thank you, i can’t seem to find contact info. any chance you know it?
Re: Recent replacement issue
Not sure if I'm in the right place? I have had a Coloplast Titan since dec 2015 and it has been fine. However, it now wont pump up and I'm told I have a leak. Is this a major issue to have fixed? Is it worth relacing all or having the leak fixed? Thanks Andy
Best regards,
Andy
