I guess that when i said Viagra with implants, i mean to say any ED pill (not just Viagra) and implants.

To aid with glans and shaft engorgement, my doc prescribed 20mg of Sildenafil daily and I onboard an additional 60-80 mg on the heavy play days. It works well!

My doc prescribed 20mg Cialis for engorgement. Works great and gives you the ability to not have to wait the 30 minutes for Viagra to take effect.

20 mg of cialis here and the trimix gel into urethra. Not sure which is working the best but the combo works for me

Not for me, but some men have vision issues with it. Pre-implant when I was taking Viagra to try and get hard, my worst side effect even at 100mg was a stuffy nose.

I got my implant 31 days ago and, while I haven't f*cked yet, I have masturbated and, when I do, my glans does not engorge much and is noticeably smaller in girth than my shaft.

I thought about taking cialis (because I've still got a large supply of 5mg pills) and/or Trimix gel to enlarge my glans but I decided against it because it's really just a cosmetic issue that really doesn't matter; at least not to me.

What matters is that my dick is now hard enough to use/enter any pussy/ass that I am allowed to enter and the slightly smaller head actually facilitates that because of the thick 6" girth of my post of dick.
