No. It's as sensitive as it ever was.
Age 73. Started taking 5 mg Cialis daily in 2000. Minor ED started in 2021. Major ED problem started in 2022. Coloplast Titan (20 cm w/1cm RTE) implanted infrapublicly on 01/24/2023 by Dr. Edward Karpman (El Camino Urology Medical Group, Mt. View, CA).

To minimise the odds of losing sensitivity, get a peno-scrotal implant.

I wouldn't be too trusting of responses from circumcised men as they wouldn't know what real sensitivity feels like.

Mine did for a number of months, though I could still manage to masturbate with effort. But then after about 10 months, back it came (pun intended) during sex, and no trouble since. Well worth the wait !!! (mine was peno-scrotal)
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.

Also had penoscrotal.
Pre surgery my glans was always very sensitive to the point I frequently used desensitizing creams and other aids to control PE. After surgery, my glans remained hypersensitive for about 3 months. I wore a baby sock most of that time to control it. Now it’s beginning to settle back to pre-implant sensitivity and I’m able able to get by without the sock except for long walks.
I wish I had lost a little sensitivity through the implant process but feel I didn’t loose a bit.

That said, I was circumcised at birth. According to Bwtbbb, I wouldn't know what real sensitivity feels like. Therefore, don’t be too trusting of my response as it only reflects my inept personal experiences.
A-69, M-44, Battling ED since partial NS-Prostatectomy 2012 plus SRT for PCa return 2016
Pills & injections ran their course. Implant 11/11/22 by Dr. Eid.
Titan Classic 22cm, LH cylinder trimmed, Ectopic reservoir placement.

You should donate your body to science so that we can learn what made you the only human being that is immune to keratinisation and how we can restore sensitivity to every other circumcised man who deals with keratinisation.
