I haven't had an implant, but using Trimix gives me harder erections than I can remember.

I have noticed when laying on my back my erections are higher. I suspect its because my erections are harder and stick out more, rather tan sagging, with weaker erection.
Age: 68. Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Used Viagra for 10+ years with mixed success.
In May 2022 started using Trimix with very good results.
Feb 2023 developed PD
2023 still in treatment for PD, and still using Trimix with very good results

They look very good. Did he change and why?

Of all the pictures I've seen, Antonini's results look cosmetically the best with the best erection angle. I wonder if it is because the guys he shows are younger or maybe because he does infrapubic?

I wonder whether scrotal causes more sagging because maybe it disrupts the supporting tissues below the penis.

i think if one has the upward curve with ams it stays the same, instead with titan it makes it straight because of its stiffer and harder cylinders, that's just what i think eh, there are other videos on the link that i have posted, how do other jobs look like to you?

I’m about 2:30 myself and I’ve been modelling the curve upwards a bit while I’m cycling. It doesn’t make a lot of difference to me. I’m just really grateful to be able to be hard as nails any time I want and for as long as I want. I was closer to 2:00 before surgery and ED. No big deal.
58, implanted with 22 cm Titan (no RTE's) on April 1, 2022. Complete ED started after High Dose Rate Brachytherapy for prostate cancer. Tried everything else first but nothing worked. Wonderfully supportive wife!

A couple of docs told me eventually the angle becomes lower due to atrophy of the scar tissue supporting the implant from below.

Can anyone confirm this? Has anyone started with a high angle implant that became lower over time?

Am I the only guy whose dick actually points south like at 45 degrees?

Had my surgery in Nov, & got past all the pain, also doing the “Perito” on a daily basis with no more pain.

Just curious if anyone have a “South Pole” early on that eventually went due North?

I think it is more likely that it would get lower than higher in the future if it ever changes.

Low angles are caused by RTEs and by not keeping it in an upright position in the initial healing period.

Low erection angles come with age. Don't count on your youthful straight up erection to be that way as you age. Wanna guess how I know?

That too, but he didn't age much in the last 4 months so it was the RTEs and/or the position he kept it in while healing that caused his to lower so much.
