How soon to inject after Phenylephrine?

I have continued to lower dosage until I got to 9 unita today and still had erection 3+ hours. Thankfully I found a doctor who would prescribe the Phenylephrine medication.

I am on vacation and wondering how soon I can inject Trimix again after the Phenylephrine injection? Is there any dangers in doing so after 12-18 hours? I know the general rule is every 24 hours with Trimix but didn’t know if the Phenylephrine changed anything?

If the erections are not painful it’s not as bad as people think. Mine last on average about 4 hours but there have been a couple of days where they went to 5 and a half only because i was lazy and didn’t want to get out of bed. Usually when they hit 4 hours a small bout of physical activity like running in place works well. I also have pseudoephedrine but have only taken it out of fear. Of course I’m not a medical professional so thats just my experience.

If the erection is painful and Sudafed is not working then injected Phenylephrine right away
