What does your dick do when you have a sex dream and you are implanted? In my heyday I could feel my (natural) dick getting/being hard in my dream. Now unfortunately I dream a weak/partial erection likely mirroring my weak REM sleep erection.
But what does your dick do in your sex dream if you have a penile implant?

I was implanted a week ago. A couple of nights ago I woke up to a new feeling and different pressure on my recovering penis. I realized it was the nightly engorgement I'd often get prior to surgery. It was not enough to penetrate back then (hence the surgery), but clearly things were working down there as they had prior to last Wednesday. It was an encouraging sign.

At night it will be difficult to tell unless you wake up. Best I could do with injections and oral meds prior to surgery was a little plumping and the nice feeling I felt with it. Walking around would give me a very nice feeling. 5 years post surgery I get a little plumping and nice sensation when I have day dreams from seeing an attractive woman. There are 3 corporal bodies and the IPP cylinders use 2 of those. That leaves the 3rd that also supplies the glans. Some men use oral meds or urethral gel to help the 3rd corporal body and glans engorge for a more natural shape. I would think that oral meds taken ever day would give some results with day/night dreams. I have given some though to trying some oral meds to see if it helps with more glans and 3rd corporal body engorgements. Might be something to consider. The rule of thumb is if you have glans engorgement prior to surgery you will have it afterwards.

I agree with newbie443. With the implant, I will awaken sometimes with a warm plump glans and thicker girth. Length not affected so much but still feels good. So I believe my 3rd corporal body is alive and well although hasn’t shown up yet when I need it most!

Many men still get partial erections after being implanted, I do myself. I wake up fuller than I hang during the day. I recently had a very vivid dream and it felt as though my dick was as hard as it's ever been, even in my youth. I didn't wake up during this dream so I can't really say what it was doing but in the dream i had the old feelings of a blood filled erection. Just woke up and remembered the dream. It was very real in my mind even if it didn't happen in reality. It felt so good and I wish I could dream like that more often
