Just curious, what would happen if you left your implant inflated and inside your gfs vagina n you both fell asleep? Could this cause any issues or complications ?

No ill effects with us at all. Though, if her vagina should dry up, it might be problematic to disengage. Has not happened with my girlfriend and me yet. As posted earlier, we usually separate before too long - rolling over or needing to get a drink of water usually..

Happens a lot, if we've been drinking, i wake up and start fucking again. But I don't stay in all night. I have pain after a bit, so I will eventually pull out and let it down. I dont think any complications with the way I do it, but if you do stay inflated for hours, you could cause tissue necrosis and you don't want that.

Thought I posted on this but I don't see it.
We like to use what I call the X position. Her on her back, me on my side. She'll lift her legs over me and I scoot in to engage. A bit of adjusting to get full penetration.
