I assume you are circumcised and therefore have no sensation in your glans if you think it's just a cosmetic issue.
For those with sensation, there is a big difference in sensation when engorged.

Where do you get these ideas? I was circumcised as an adult. Trust me I have the same sensations as before. It all comes down to the style of circumcision that the doctor performs. I searched for a doctor that only removed the skin that was affected by my phimosis. That amounted to maybe 1/2" of foreskin..
You really need to avoid making blanket statements as if they are facts.

Buddypayne My urologist told me I can use a penis pump to enlarge my penis glans if I get an IPP. Does anyone have any information on how to enlarge the penis glans? I had RP. two years ago, and my glans do not enlarge.

VED will work. But my question back is what have you been using since RP to get an erection? After my prostatectomy, I used pills and then trimix injections. Both gave me great glans engorgement even as the erection quality was diminishing. Have you tried either of these and what has been your experience?

IMO, glans engorgement is much more than a purely cosmetic issue. I think it’ been a forgone conclusion, in other discussions on this topic, that an engorged glans increases sensations for many men. This point has already been articulated by others so I won’t belabor it.

Thinking past my own pleasures, post implant glans engorgement cushions the distal tips which is more comfortable and stimulating for my wife. When glans engorgement was absent, my wife said she could feel the tips orally and during PIV she could feel the distal tips poking her.

Let’s also not diminish how important visuals really are to sexuality. We all have certain visual preferences that stimulates us and our our partners. And what partner wouldn’t prefer seeing and caressing a warm mushroom head vs a cold cone head?

My wife had an uncle that was raised in Europe. Around 60 years old he complained that it hurt like hell to pull his forskin down past his glans. My wife & I were clueless on his condition. PS: I just tried using my VED gear to see what would happen.

I used a 2" tube (about 6.28" max girth) at very low (5mg pressure) for just 10 mins. I have an an electric suction device which allow me to set the pressure very accurately.

I waited until the end of my 1hr morning bath/cycling session to use the VED.

Pre VED erect measurements were: 5.75"L x 5.875" G. Post VED erect measurements were 6" L x 6" G.
Pre VED flacid measurements were: 5" L x 5.75" G. Post VED flacid measurements were 5.5" L x 5.875" G

The glans was engorged post VED which is normally the case when I've used a VED. It looks "better" but, as I've said, this really isn't important to me

More importantly, it seems likely that the long term use of the VED post cycling "could" help to increase the size of my dick post op more quickly than by just cycling alone.

So, I think I'm going to incorporate VED use regularly at the end of of my cycling routines.
