2 week update with pics - natural engorgement preserved!

It's been two weeks and I am totally pain free. Most of the bruising is gone.
I definitely still have so swelling in my scrotum.
My biggest concern with this revision was I wanted to preserve as much of my natural blood flow / engorement.....and I can say with much gratitude that I am still able to get great engorgement.
I have maybe lost .5" in length but some of that may be the swelling at the base of my penis. Girth is maybe.25" less.
I am hopeful that when inflated and cycling I will gain that back and maybe then some. I went from a poorly placed 18cm implant to a 21cm +
2 /1.5 RTE
I am still two weeks from cycling.
So far so good!
I will post a picture of my natural erection the day before my revision surgery and my natural erection today uninflated.

you had the first implant in 1997, I don't understand how many revisions you did and how long each single implant lasted, have you been with a broken implant for years?

i'm jealous, I don't think I'm going to have great engorgement results when I'm fully healed up. I used to as a young man, but even with pills my glans engorgement suffered. Everything else engorged fine, but I never got back to the mushroom I use to sport.

I see guys write about taking pills again with an implant to help with engorgement, I REALLY don't want to go back to taking pills, the side effects of those is what drove me to an implant.

I didn't have any side effects from taking daily 5mg Cialis for decades but I immediately stopped taking it and cancelled the recurring prescription for it, after I got my implant.

Don't care if my dick still gets engorged or not because glans stimulation isn't what gets me off. Shaft stimulation & pube on pube contact does.
