One month in, will size come back?

I was finally able to cycle starting last night.
I'm only able to get 3 or 4 pumps in before the bulb gets too hard to squeeze.
I do feel some pain where the tips are pressing into my glans, but I am noticeably shorter than pre-op.
Measured along the top I'm barely 5", where before I was around 6.2" when using Cialis.
While I was aware that some length could be lost, this is more than I expected.
Girth seems about the same as before, and I did have a moderate curvature, which is much less now.

Will I regain this length with time and cycling?

I didn't find this forum until after my surgery, and I wasn't aware of using a vacuum device beforehand.
I do have 21cm cylinders +2cm rte
Would using a vacuum device at this point hurt anything, and would it help to regain as much length as possible?

Any input from those who have been there would be appreciated.

I had my implant done on the 7th feb as well.

Yes, you will find most members regain all their length/girth over a few months with dedicated cycling.

Keep cycling. It is a long drawn out process. I feel the best results of implants in terms of length and performance will be seen after a good 4-6 months.
Also, not all surgeons advise you to use VeD. So follow your surgeon’s advise and you should be good to regain size.

How can you bend the Titan when it’s pump up? It’s like a rock … I can bend a bottom shaft bit not the middle like he shows…

You are REALLY early in this. Give it time. I researched an implant to the point it became an obsession…. Still I worried when I was over an inch short upon first few weeks of activation. It will come back! At first I could only get a few pumps in, this too will change. I have a 20cm with 1 cmRTE and started just shy of 7”. Initially I was 5-3/4” and after 4-6 months was 6-1/2 plus and now back to just under 7”. At first the perito exercises are very difficult and a little painful. Just bend as much as you can and stay with it. You’ll find you can bend it more than you think and add some pumps. By 7-8 months I wasn’t able to add any pumps and not able to bend it when fully pumped. At this point I’ve stopped with the exercises. I do however continue to pump at least once every day for 20-30 minutes. By my one year mark (may 15th) I will go to maybe 2-3 times a week or just when I maturbate or have sex. Hang in there! It only gets better from here on out!

I'm ony 7 wks post op but I already gave up on trying to do the Perito exercises.

The idea of trying to bend a fully inflated inplant 90 degrees from vertical is ridiculous!!! The best I could do was about 10-15% and I considered that a waste of time.

Perito & my doc both said that actually f*cking would be as good as doing the exercies.

Unfortunately, I'm between f*ck partners and haven't searched for any new ones yet because, even though I could f*ck now, I still consider myself in "recovery" and want to wait til I'm fully ready to find a new one again.

However, Perito & my doc also said that masturbating is just as good as f*cking. So, that's what I've been doingto "break in" my implant.
