I'll give you a real example that happens to me, at the left base of the penis under the left testicle the tubes pass, then slightly to the right along the rod the cylinders are connected, these tubes bother me from time to time and I have to fix them, if I told you that the tubes to the left of the rod hurt and you mean the cylinders in the end it's you who doesn't understand, because the others know that the tubes are one thing and the cylinders another

I had a very difficult time finding the release button for the first month.
I did pump it enough to feel the pop once, but was afraid to go further until I could deflate as well.

I'm at 4 weeks today, and I finally figured out last night that my pump is turned sideways, with the button on the left instead of the front. Once I squeezed that it made a buzzing sound as it deflated the rest of the way.

I'm 3 weeks post surgery and my doc cleared me for cycling at the 2 week mark stating I had healed faster than he anticipated. I too, found the pump very hard and it took a lot of effort to fully inflate. My surgeon provides a visit with an AMS Rep at either the 3 week or 4 week mark, basically to further teach the inflating and deflating. I had that appointment yesterday and the Rep gave me some very valuable (to me) pointers.

He pointed out that you don't have to fully squeeze the pump to move the fluid into the cylinders - with the pump being hard early on, it's much easier to do partial squeezes. It does take more pumps, but still less effort and once I get momentum going I think it actually takes me less time to get fully inflated.

I also had a difficult time finding the deflate button at first, but after a few days when the swelling went down it was much easier because I could get my fingers on both sides of the "block" If you squeeze both sides of the block with fingers on both sides you can't miss because it has to be on one side or the other.

I have a 700LGX - 3 more weeks and I can put it to full use!!
