After you inflate there is not much room left for blood in your penis.

Yes, your implanted penis may be a tad cooler than the rest of your body. However, since the reservoir is inside you the saline will be at body temperature and once you inflate the penis should be that temp. Arousal sometimes will cause blood flow to the glans to warm up your penis, but it took me a few months after surgery to experience that.

Cold Penis is often a result of the implant. I had very cold glans. I contacted my doctor and was prescribed 20mg Cialis (Daily) and 100mg viagra 1/2 hour to 1 hour before sex. The Cialis help prevent cold glans...although not always. The Viagra helps with sensitivity. No side effects for me, but some have mentioned back pain and blue light glow.

Side effects of Cialis and Viagra are the reason I got the implant. I sure don't want to go back there again.

So there is a very good chance an implant will cause cold penis?
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. I also have mild BPH

No, it will not.

The person who opened this thread said that his wife complained that his implant was cold and some others have said that they have experienced this too but that doesn't mean EVERY dick with an implant will feel cold.

I can tell you that my implanted dick isn't cold and I'm guessing that there others here whose implanted dicks also arent't cold.

Why isn't my dick cold?

Well, mainly because I'm "old" and I always feel cold and I always wear clothes and heaters to keep me warm which also keep my dick warm. Simple as that.

So, IMO, if your dick is cold, it's not because of the implant. It's because you have left your dick uncovered and/or because your body is cold.

The implant is just some form of plastic and it will absorb heat from your body and if you keep your body and dick warm, your implant should be warm too.

It's not rocket science.

I lost my erection to prostate cancer. When they did the prostatectomy they removed the nerves that create the blood flow that keeps your dick warm as well as the erection nerves. There are ways to get more blood flow. (Trimix gel ) Most of the time I have a popsicle on a stick but it does get hard and can screw with it. Better than a 2 inch floppy.
