Did you have an immediate increase post-op? If so, how much? How long did it take for you to hit 5 1/2"?

But for 65 years I have had a penis of a certain size and all of a sudden I have a shorter and skinnier penis? Quite a blow.

I don’t think we will get a honest reason Triumph unfortunately

It’s like the system don’t want us to have girthy penises :(

5.5 inch girth is still a girthy penis. It's an inch bigger than average. I know there are much thicker but 5.5 is nothing to be ashamed of

I think the docs would rather undersize than oversize to avoid pain and erosion. It's less an issue with IPP than malleable, but still an issue

That's my guess anyways

Remember they want to protect the integrity of your tunica..plus if you still have some healthy spongy tissue around the implant it's nice if they can preserve a bit of tumescence

Probably due to wanting to keep production costs & inventory lower
It's just easier/cheaper to make different lengths of 3 standard cylinder diameters than to make more cylinders w/different diameters, bearing in mind that from a business perspective making/selling IPPs is not a high volume/profit business.

There're lots of ways to look at production costs, inventory vs profits. I posted the other day on this. I read that only 3% of men with ED will get implants. If the manufacturers would broaden their offerings. Just picking up a couple of percentage points on the installed base of men. The profits just might roll in more than enough to offset the increased costs. Maybe even increase their market share in other countries.

So, I'm curious why men w/Titans claim a loss in girth, especially since Titans are claimed to provide greater girth than AMS.

I hope I can replicate this. Hakky recommended the Titan one touch to me. Going to text him monday and see if he thinks it will postively or negatively impact my 5.5in girth.

I guess there is always urofill for slight girth increase or perhaps penuma for significantly thin men.

You should be fine, I have read members here with 5.75/5.85/6 inch girth with a titan. Dr Hakky is also very well known, have read positive reviews about him.
