So I had a shit review with my DR after surgery during my first review - I notice and asked why was never given cycling paperwork or practice bulb from Coloplast or my anyone (I had called the manufacturer 4 times and was promised one that never arrived and literally pissed that the only help I ever received was here on the forums from you fine people.
My follow up apt was the most lackluster depressing uninformative shoulder shrugging event I have had from a professional who just made me feel like now that I paid for the pitch he couldn’t give a shit.
I asked l why it seemed that the average lose of erection length was way more dramatic with me than the medical REPORTS I read and he just was like “yeah that happens” and I said ok will the Titan you put in me get any longer with cycling … “no it only ads girth… yeah sorry about that… maybe use a Vacuum device and see if that helps….” I left without saying a word and I don’t feel very encouraged… right now (there was more to this) but I do know 2 things I have to get a new DR ….and I have to keep trying — can anyone recommend a device for me and do you use it when pumped or before….. or when?

Re: VED recommendations?
Sorry to hear of your bad experience with your doc.
I haven't had my follow up yet, but I'm not entirely satisfied with the pre or post operative advice I got. I've learned a lot more from this forum than from my doctor so far. Wish I'd found it before I had the procedure.
I just bought this pump on Amazon
Adorime Rechargeable Automatic High-Vacuum Penis Enlargement Extend Pump
It was about $33, and another user here recommended it.
I plan to try it out after my shower tonight. Hope my cock doesn't explode.

Re: VED recommendations?
For medical grade you can click on the advertiser to the left of this post. Or go to the documents worth reading thread in the general discussion section of this forum in the Penis Exercise post for some good information on how and I do think they sell a VED also. If you get a low cost one on line or in a sex store get one with a gauge. And be very careful as some of these pumps are the same as used by auto mechanics and other workers and apply vacuum very fast and can cause damage. Go very slow. Even low vacuum applied too fast can cause damage. Even the electric medical grade pumps tell you to only turn them on for a few seconds and then stop and wait before repeating. Keep vacuum low as too much can also cause damage. You might even check out the VED section of this forum for some info.

Re: VED recommendations?
I'd posted about my VED experiences so far earlier: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18561&p=194652#p194652
Figured I'd copy some of it to this post, and curious to hear any other recommendations.
I bought my first VED about 2 months after getting my implant and 5 hours after getting an email from my patient liaison at Boston Scientific that recommend I use one to regain size. I chose the BOS-2000-2. I no longer recommend it. Dropped it and it broke. Bought it again. Dropped it again. Broke again.
If you want to save money all you really need to do is buy this LuLuv off eBay for about $20. https://www.ebay.com/itm/382225773164
It's manual and it feels like the suction is about the same as all other VEDs. I bought one to keep in my hiking backpack to use when I go and sunbathe, and one I keep by my bed to use a bit before sleep if there aren't any others around. This VED comes with cylinder seals you can attach to make the device more comfortable. My advice: throw them away. Using vacuum suction on your dick will not ever be "comfortable" - you will get used to it (and it's worth doing it) and I have no problem using them often now, but if you start this process with the false belief exercising your dick is a good part of your day then you're probably doing it wrong. You don't need to make anything more comfortable, just use it and get used to it, it won't take you very long and it's not even that bad.
After the BOS-2000-2 broke twice I bought this Deluxe Battery and Manual Vacuum Erection Device by Encore:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002P ... UTF8&psc=1
I don't know if I got lucky, but it seems to be a great sign that despite me dropping it and damaging it repeatedly, the thing still works when I scotch and duct tape the tiny metal piece back to connect the batteries:
I think I do prefer battery power; manuals are just a little bit more work, but not a huge difference.
I also bought this LeLuv Smart LCD device from eBay cause someone here recommended using it after replacing his Bathmate with it:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/143624388854?var=442594419886
I liked it and it seemed a bit stronger than other VEDs I've tried, but I did drop it and break it and bought it twice
but didn't decide to buy it a 3rd time.
Instead I bought this one, and because it seems others at FrankTalk have recommend it: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PK ... UTF8&psc=1
Both of those I can say seem to have a little more strength than others I've used, but all a VED does is put vacuum
suction on your dick; I don't think there's ever gonna be a stark difference between different devices. One of these LeLuvs works really well if you prefer electric. The one also works really well if using a manual with a gauge is of your
interest. They all do pretty much the same thing, and I'd imagine all are probably effective enough to reach your
goals.
I also did buy the Bathmate, and it seemed really strong and pretty effective,
but I would NOT say it's required. Most all of the current medical research states that one basic VED use even for
just like 5 minutes a day can be all it takes. If you're excessive and like overkill like me, consider the Bathmate, but
I strongly doubt it's necessary. They're also bulky, and using mine in the actual bath seemed annoying so I just filled
it up in the sink and used it over a tub in my living room. Possibly weird, and I'm lucky I live alone, but it worked
well enough. Sharing to any potential buyers that a "bath" is not required.

Hah, probably not, actually. Reminds me of several years ago when a friend recommending I get this nice new nicotine vape device (fortunately I don't use it anymore, quit smoking winter 2020, because Chantix is a hell of a drug!). I told him I don't think I'll ever drop it. Well, yeah, when I am consciously carrying something to my car I am unlikely to drop anything. But when I'm in my car or on the couch with it on my legs and I stand up suddenly, or the hundreds of other similar situations, that's when it's gonna fall and hit the floor. Happens a lot with my VEDs too. It's not that I drop everything, more like I eventually knock over or fail to securely protect everything when being unaware where it even is.

Re: VED recommendations?
I dunno -- on another brother's recommendation, I simply bought this one more than a year ago and it's been great -- has gauge, pumps easily, and has easy release valve. Call me crazy, but I take it right up to 15 hg then release and repeat -- have never had a problem and have had significant increased length. And now that I'm a year out, I only use it every few days -- and I never lose any length in-between. Just my experience fwiw.

Are you guys pumping up your implant first and then using the VED? I would be worried of pulling the penis past the tubing…
