Is there an accurate way to estimate what length you may end up with ? I have the distal/proximal measurements. They are as follows:
Distal: 9cm
Proximal: 13cm
Titan: 22cm
RTE: 2cm
I am already about 6inches bone pressed when fully inflated (5 weeks out from surgery).
I know I shouldn't be concerned about this at this stage, but I am still curious.

Are you sure you are Distal 9 and Proximal 13? It should be the other way round. I got a 22cm titan without rte but my papers say Distal 13 and proximal-9.
I was measured at 13 cms on full erection pre-op by Dr. Eid. That gives me a shaft length of 5.1inches. If you are already at 6inches, then I believe you are doing well!
I have my appointment today to begin cycling. Will update my journal on what length it finally comes at full inflation.
42 yr old from India, Ed since many years.
Coloplast Titan 22 cms one touch pump no rte; implanted by Dr. Billy Cordon in Miami on 02-March-2023. Found Dr. Cordon on reco from Dr. Eid after he fell sick.
Happy to help!

Re: Accurate estimate with distal/proximal measurements
This is something that also makes the 1/3 2/3 rule of thumb just a ball park estimate. Men have different amounts of depth of the Crus or corporal bodies inside. And doctors use different locations to make the corporotomy. And it may also differ from penoscrotal to infrapubic. My observation of the surgery is that there are many times that the incision is distal to a bone pressed measurement. That would then include part of the proximal measurement in the bone press measurement. The distal and proximal measurement is only clue in the possibility of a deep or shallow Crus. The overall length is all that is used for the 1/3 2/3 rule with just a bit added for the glans beyond the cylinder tips. This is not an accurate estimate as to the different anatomy of men. And there is also the difference in devices with the LGX being able to expand in length more than the other devices.
I do understand the concern about "size loss". Many doctors change the subject to men asking about enlargement when we express concerns about size loss. They seem to want to deflect that they can cause us size loss with this surgery. Men need to research a doctor and talk to other men who used that doctor for this surgery. In my case all my local doctors said I would have size loss with the surgery and so did the man I talked to who had a device implanted. Men need to use VED therapy prior to surgery. And be careful not to use too much vacuum or apply vacuum to quickly as that can cause damage and actually cause size loss.
At this point after surgery everything is already set. You cannot go back and choose another doctor who sizes more aggressively or choose and different device. Just follow your doctor's instructions and cycle. What you have is what you have. Your concern should be about the healing process. Nothing can be gained by spending time on something you cannot change. Follow your cycling protocol the best you can. Ask your doctor about any additional things you are considering doing like the Perito exercise and or VED use post op. If your doctor says you can, you can try those. If not wait until you are fully healed and released from the doctor on this and then decide if you want to try those or long pump adding cycling. This would be around 3 months post op.
At this point you want to heal and avoid infection. Try to understand that you just kicked ED's ass out of your life. You can now have erections again. And soon it will been 100% every time. No possibility of a failure to launch. No matter is you drank a bit to much or have other stress in your life or started a new medication. All that is a thing of the past. Woo hoo it's time to start planning a party or a dozen.
I wish you all the best going forward with this.

Thanks for the reply man, I just checked my form and it says Distal 9cm and Proximal 13cm. I'm not too familiar with what these measurements mean, I just know that length of the implant isn't always indicative of erect length. Some members have 22cm and have 6 inch erect length, some have 22cm and 7 inch erect length.
My surgeon measured me at 22cm, then put 1cm extra as he aggressively sized me, and another 1cm extra due to the Tunica expansion procedure. So I have 22cm and 2cm RTEs.

Thanks man, I am quite pleased with the result, curiosity is just gettign the better of me. You're right though, its better not to worry about these trivial things. A functioning penis is what matters.
