3 piece implant + derma fillers for girth

So i am planing to have 3 piece implant due to my drug resistant ed . Iam also willing to have some girth increase about .5 inches . So what do you think it is safe to have derma fillers before or after the 3 piece implant. Thanks

I have heard it is better to get them after implant because then they can be injected while fully erect which makes it easier to see where the filler is going.

Be advised that fillers reduce sensitivity.

Dr Eid is generally considered one of the best penile implant surgeons and he told me this about the filler in an email:

Yes the filler can be inserted before or after an implant. It’s best to do it after since the cylinders will stretch the penis and allow the plastic surgeon to evenly distribute the the filler. This will provide you with a nicer cosmetic outcome. Inserting the filler in a soft retracted penis is more difficult and the surgeon will not know how it looks when the penis becomes erect.
