Guys with AMS CX, how many pumps does it take?

I was just released to cycle, 4 weeks post op.

I cycled for the first time last night, such a relief to sleep without a boner!

My question is how many pumps do you roughly have to put in to get to your max? I think I may have hit a bypass of some sort, as I never got to the point where I couldn't squeeze the pump with one hand. I've read instructions to go to max, then do the exercise or have sex, then try to get a couple more in.

I just never got to the point where I couldn't get more in. I didn't feel any pain to speak of, maybe just a little uncomfortable at the tips, but not the pain and discomfort I've read about when cycling here on FT.

Jage64, everyone is different at least most of us are. I didn't start cycling till week 6 and it was painful, I remember that I could only get in about 10 pumps when I had device training, the pump was hard to squeeze in my scrotum because those AMS ribs on the pump hurt like heck, and my shaft hurt and my glans hurt.

I'm at 16 months out now and I can do full pumps, 60 times, and I can get half pumps up to 75 or 80 for a rock hard penis, but back when I started I thought rock hard was 20 to 25 pumps. Back when I was getting 20 to 25 pumps, I didn't have any pain for at least 20 minutes but after that time period my glans area would start throbbing with pain.

I only use one hand to squeeze the pump. I put the pump bulb between my right curled index finger and the lower pad of my thumb, that way I'm using my forearm muscles to pump rather than just finger muscles.

I have had the pump once seem like it wasn't pumping any fluid, sort of like it got air in the pump itself and that time I couldn't get a good erection, but it has only happened once.

I've seen many different pump levels here on FrankTalk, so I've just kept experimenting with the amount of pumps I could get in after I completely healed up. I don't use two thumbs on top of each other to get more in, it is awkward and it is easy for the pump to slip out of your thumbs and cause pain.

I know, I haven't given you a definite number for pumps that gets you to max inflation.

Listen to your own body and see what pump level you can get to.

cycling worked much better this morning, I got about 25 in before it was too hard to pump. I think the way I was holding the block caused some inefficiencies in my initial pumping.

At first inflation at three weeks post op,15 wtw pumps was maxed out hard as a rock.
Now seven months post op I'm 17-18 wtw maxed out. A couple Perito exercises gets me a 2-3 half pumps, but that's only for cycling, not necessary for sex.

I have a titan as a caveat, I just started cycling this week, and after the first two days I kind of figured out a routine that works fairly well for me, I pump up to what feels like about Max and then I wait about 15 minutes and then I can usually squeeze another two or three pumps in, then I wait about another 15 minutes and I can get another half pump in or a full pump maybe... Then about 10 minutes to the end I can usually get another half pump and then there's no more pumping. I might as well be pushing a solid ball... Decided I was going to try a perito exercise, holy ungodly pain batman.... After all four directions and only getting about a 20 to 30° angle at most I got another pump in and I felt like my dick was going to tear in half. I do not know how people do those at the way he describes them, it terrifies me. I'm sure is the implant breaks in it will get easier but good lord did that hurt.

Nothing but pure respect for you and the others who regularly do those exercises, I am not looking forward to them.

funny thing is, after surgery I had ZERO bruising. My penis wasn't bruised, my balls weren't bruised, my taint wasn't bruised...nothing. No bruises.

Today, after waiting 4 weeks and now squeezing that pump 30-40 times until it can't be squeezed anymore has done the number on the old ballsack. It's black and blue where the pump is. I don't have any terrible pain, just discomfort. I never get to the point that my dick hurts either. I do the exercises in each direction with two hands to almost 90 degrees, then stir the paint a few times and maybe get a half squeeze in.

As I said, no real pain, but it's a relief to deflate after an hour.
