Increased length/girth for revision implant possible?

I was implanted with an AMS cx on 1/29/23 and can’t wait to use it. I have another month of cycling first. My question is, if I ever get a revision could it be larger in length and girth??
75 years old. Was on Viagra and then Cialis but got fed up with the side effects. Switched to Tri-Mix 3 years ago but had increasingly reduce effect. Finally implanted 1/19/2023. Always looking for advice. Live in Illinois.

Yes, you can but it depends on how much your dick has grown w/the prior implant in the interim.

It's reported that some men intentionally seek revisions to "upsize, when otherwise unnecessary, but, given the greater risk of infection with revisions, this practice is questionable.
Age 73. Started taking 5 mg Cialis daily in 2000. Minor ED started in 2021. Major ED problem started in 2022. Coloplast Titan (20 cm w/1cm RTE) implanted infrapublicly on 01/24/2023 by Dr. Edward Karpman (El Camino Urology Medical Group, Mt. View, CA).
