TRT

Postby tobenormalagain » Sun Mar 26, 2023 10:44 am

I had previously been on TRT in my forties (I’m 56yo now). I quit largely because of the hassle and expense of the medication. I am very healthy, active, trim, and have no underlying health conditions. My ED has so adversely affected my life and I have long considered an implant but am really trying to avoid that fate. I am constantly horny but my erections are consistently inconsistent and disappointing 99.9% of the time. Has anyone noticed a definite improvement in erection quality (hardness for penetration) with TRT? Please help

A while back I was on TRT because my t level was 290. After 6 months, my t level increased to 800; however, it did nothing to improve my diabetes induced ED. It also increased my PSA slightly from 1.2 to 2.6 so my Endo recommenced I go off TRT. I also noticed my testicles seemed to have shrunk.

I’m on TRT right now. Started in December of last year. Been injecting twice a week and my levels are consistently high but as you state, no help in the erection dept. I’m plenty horny and get plenty of erections during the night and daytime but they always fail when I need them. I’m considering getting off as my testicles have shrunk and PSA is up. Trimix does the trick so i fail to see the benefits of continuing TRT.
