They recommend CT angiography in order to find a venous leak…… i had it done in 2022 and was told by many FT users and some doctors that its not correct examination…. that angiography CT show only arteries not veins how they function. This is so fucked up to me right now. Different sources tell different shit. My angiography revealed narrow arteries only, no leak. Then I was told i need CT cavernosography….

Do you have morning erections now with such EDV of 16/18 ? can u perform even for short time without pills ? Is standing position also worst and almost impossible to keep erection?

My next Doppler will hopefully be end of April. I do have morning erections, but they are weaker than they used to be. I'm currently on 5 mg Cialis, which leads to stronger morning erections.
Performing without pills is almost impossible. The standing position is the best for me, it's the easiest keeping an erection. The worst is when I'm lying on my back (which is described for venous leak).
Do you use penis rings? If so, do they help with keeping an erection?

It seems the diagnostic method offered by the Andromedi clinics in Spain is quite advanced, so perhaps it would be a good idea to go there?

In my case:

a) standing position is the worst and totally impossible to keep erection standing even tho i got it sitting, stimulation doesnt help. It slowly deflates and deflates. Missionary works in like 60% of time, lying on back sometimes i can complete intercourse being in this position and soemdays i lose my entire erection inside vagina when im on my back

b) andromedi offers CT angiography - I had it already done. Read about it if it truly can show venous leakage as i have been told it cannot. Someone must by lying here…. doctors have mixed thoughts on that too… injection with alprostadil didnt gave me any kind of erection during the test.

c) Pills - i can perform without them but its hit and miss. Thats weird because my EDV is higher than your is. Also u can fuck standing and i cannot. This shit is weird

Im going to Paris in May to dr. Allaire. All hopes in him i got. I already spoke with him and he told me he gonna inject me till i get uber boner. In case he is ready to deal with priapism but it just wont happen, I have this dick and I know how it works :P

Id recommend you doing the same. Straight to Paris for CT cavernosography.
As i Told u i had CT angio that andromedi offers and it literally did nothing for me.
Your case might be different tho…
cheers bro

I understand. I thought CT angiography is the most reliable method, but apparently it's not then. What was your outcome/diagnosis of the CT angiography?

I'll first have another Doppler end of April. Thanks for the recommendation of Dr. Allaire! I think my Doppler was not done right because the doctor did not wait until I got fully erect. Had he waited 15 mins longer, I'd have been there.
So I had an erection with alprostadil, but it was delayed and not within 10 minutes after injection (which seems to be a reasonable time). But I had a full boner for more than 1 hour after I left the docs office.

In my case, I also lost a lot of my libido over the years because of a very stressful job life. I don't know what role all this plays, in addition to the aging process (I'm already 45), plus I have been testosterone deficient for a long period of time due to a pituitary problem. This is now corrected, but I was told that lack of testosterone can lead to penile fibrosis. So you see: so many questions and no clear answers yet.
The urologist I'll visit end of April will check for fibrosis as well.

Another urologist told me that diagnosis of venous leakage is very difficult and he recommends not doing any surgery or any intervention at all. Just using penis rings and Viagra/Cialis.

But how does it work when you take Viagra/Cialis? Are your erections strong enough to have sex in any position? And what's the effect of penis rings?

I also had erection from injection on doppler although it was like 70-80% only. I was given just 10mcg of Alprostadil alone. Doctor was weird. He injected me covered my dick with kitchen toilet paper and sat at his desk. My dick got erected but no fully. There was no such thing as trying to stimulate myself or something, look for girl pics at my phone etc. I just couldn’t “help” myself as he sat with me. I told him it’s not my maximum size that I can get at home and he just made weird face and asked “u have better boners without injection O_o”. Then he said “as i thought, venous leak”. At this time i lost all my 60-70% boner to zero especially when I stood up from the bed.

However, after injection during CT Angio i didn’t got any kind of erection from injection. Just terrible pain that i felt 3 times.
During doppler doc did nice inject in side vein of my dick.
During angio my whole dick got needled. I felt pain on skin, then somewhere inside dick and at the end pain was under glans. I don’t know how much they injected me but i was in terrible pain. Doc told me to stimulate and think about girls…. I did it and had 0 response.

Ok, your experience with both tests sound a bit weird indeed, you're right. The doc who did the Doppler with his strange comment.. But it was similar in my case, the doc just said: "Ok, it is not yet fully erect, but we can do the scan nevertheless." I'd say it was only 60-70% or so. The doc did not mention the option of manual stimulation or anything, which might have led to a full erection I guess. Since this was my first Doppler and penis injection, I also felt a bit weird and intimidated in general, so I didn't ask either. Next time I'd just ask if I can grow it to full size and only then do the scan. I guess my doctor wanted to get me out of the office soon as other patients were waiting...

Your second experience with the CT Angio sounds like they injected it wrongly, but how's that possible? Were they rather inexperienced? Really strange. Maybe it's quite difficult to find specialists in this field that really know what they're doing..
