Exactly. There's no point in lying about it.

If you think like a woman, any woman who finds out that a guy is lying to them about one thing, will presume that he'll lie to her about other things and is NOT to be trusted. So, best not to lie at all.

I think men who hide it are just insecure and think that they're women will think less of them because of it.

I seriously doubt that. They'll more likely think much less of you if/when they find out they you've lied to them. To a women, lying to them is the next worst thing to cheating on them.

This is something most old guys already know but young guys usually have to learn the hard way.

Take my word for it, honesty w/women regardless of your or their age is alwsys better, as long as you want to maintain a relationship w/that women.

If you don't, then it doesn't matter but be prepared for her to dump you when she finds out. Not because it didn't work well but because she couldn't accept the fact that you lied to her.

I fully agree, except if you're in a casual relationship that you don't care about

It wouldn't really be lying to not tell a woman you have an IPP though. Just like it wouldn't be lying to not tell a woman you take viagra. I fully agree own it if she asks about your 3rd ball or ability to stay hard indefinitely but I wouldn't just offer up the information maybe that is just me. Personally, I think it would be a bit of a turnoff if a woman told me she used lube every time we had sex I would rather her just let me believe I am making her wet.

Viagra and an implant are completely different, there's no chance you would be able to hide the fact you have an implant long term or should you want to if you are entering a long term relationship. How to explain the fact you had to get one is what I need to get my head around

I have posted this before and will probably again. How to explain that you had to get an implant is less important than HOW you explain it. If you explain with confidence that you do and are not cowed by the fact, it (in my opinion) ismore likely to make her attracted to your strength of confidence than repelled by your "supposed" weakness.

What would happen if you introduced the subject by asking, "Would you like to know what cyborg sex is like?" Followed up by, "A Cyborg is one whose physical abilities are extended beyond normal human limitations by mechanical elements built into the body. I had that done."

Catmandu wrote:How have people approached the conversation of revealing your implanted to a new partner. Obviously you might not want to let everyone know you have an implant but when seeing someone regularly it is a conversation that will have to happen. This will apply to all men but more interested in young men's experience in explaining the implant, especially as the majority of younger women will never have even heard of an implant before.

Sandwiched between the parts of the discussion concerning sexual history and where your sexual encounter will take place.

e.g. I tested negative for HIV last week, have had X sexual partners in the past year, have an implant to ensure erection on demand and should we do this at your place or mine or jus find the nearest hotel?

I guess I must truly be old.

A woman who does not accept, rejects, or otherwise minimizes your manhood or abilities or questions your intentions regarding your size, stamina, girth, hardness on being informed of your implant is not worthy of a man's attention. Next Please.

Women have few choices when it comes to quality men. Just be one. They will be lining up anyway as women will tell all their friends about you who will tell all their friends about you as well. No way will they keep you secret. "He just kept going and going. Man I miss him."
