Discreet Inflation Techniques

Hello everyone, my surgery date is now definitely arranged for 27 October. Here in Germany. As far as I know it will be a Titan and thanks to the very detailed conversation with my surgeon and the help here on FT I don't really have any more questions.

However, I still look out for a little information on how to deal with the issue of discreet inflation in everyday life. What do I mean by this?

I am interested in how to discreetly inflate in situations with a partner who does not know about the implant and is not supposed to know about it in that situation.

Scenario: In a bar with "possible" additional service upstairs. I chat with a girl, we drink, and we get closer. Then it quickly becomes clear that we want to go upstairs and have sex.

Of course you can use the good old "I'm going to the toilet" excuse. But what alternative is there that is technically feasible? For example, to what extent is it possible to squeeze the implant by pressing the bulb through the trouser pocket? I assume it’s difficult and also dependent on the pants you wear (swimming Shorts vs. normal Shorts vs. Jeans). Or can I already inflate 60-80% on the toilet and then stow half the boner halfway normally in my jeans and then continue half aroused?

The scenario you describe seems to involve a "professional" woman. In which case, why do you care? You're paying her for a good time; you have no obligation to impress her. As long as your money's green, she'll sleep with you. And then when the next guy comes along, she'll do the same for him.

In a more natural scenario — let's say you bring a girl home from the bar or invite her over for a booty call — it's pretty easy to be discreet with an implant. Just go in the bathroom and pump it up to about 60-70 percent before you settle in on the couch with her. That way, if things heat up and she reaches down there, you'll have something going on. She won't be expecting a full-on rager by that point anyway.

From there, depending on the size of your implant, you'll only need another 8-15 pumps to get it to full hardness, and it's pretty easy to reach down there occasionally during foreplay and give it a squeeze or two without her noticing.

Just to add something: At the time when I already had ED but the PED inhibitors still worked well, I always found it great when I already had a 120% hard and indestructible boner in my pants after the first kiss. Yuck, exactly what you describe would be the biggest downturn for me I did this in my youth until my PFS started beginning of my 20‘s but then the pleasure faded and today I hate it. And not sure how this relates to my question.

My strategy is based off the belief that most women just want to be told what to do in the bedroom. A very respectable one once told me that outside she likes to have control but in the bedroom I should take over. My plan is to first tell her to take off her shirt for you to feel her body while I take off mine.
