Urofill on top of implant

Hey guys,

I hope I dont get flamed for posting in the wrong section, but Im going through insurance approval for my Titan implant right now, prolly 4-6 weeks out til I can get it done and then of course healing. Has anyone had the Urofill on top of their implant later with pictures/testimonial they could share either in a Pm or in this thread? I really want to see how they turn out visually ..lumpy or smooth etc. I dont trust the most perfect pictures that are posted as promotional material online. Any personal experience/sensation changes, please do share. If I do loose girth or get the oval shape this seems pretty promising, albeit a pretty expensive cosmetic procedure.

I’m not flaming you,but I think it is a really bad idea.

I got implanted on 12/31/19. I had a hernia repair done 12/17/19.

Back when I scheduled those procedures, I made the suggestion that they do both while I was under general anesthesia, finish the hernia, do the implant or vice versa. This was an epigastric hernia so it wasn’t down in my crotch.

The implant doc said not only no but hell no. The bottom line on the implant is infection avoidance. They’re replacing your corpora with cylinders. You get some bacteria in there, it establishes a colony, everything is going to have to come out. You’re going to have zero erectile capability until they clear up any infection and think it’s safe to reinstall something. In many cases you go from a 3 pc inflatable to a 1 pc malleable during the rehab.

Unless you are really abnormally thin, I don’t see a lot of value in urofill. I think the prudent thing to do would be get the implant and after a year, evaluate your needs. A very functional implanted penis might be keeping you so busy you won’t have time to schedule urofill. Seriously, Though, after you’ve had an implant done you get a little different outlook. Sure, like all guys having one that’s bigger, longer, thicker would be cool. Having foolproof erections on demand is pretty damned cool, too.

Thanks for the reply Texagq, those are my thoughts actually -not immediately obviously but after full healing. it would be idiotic to risk infection for sure. From my understanding, the urofill just goes under the skin and I have a lot of functional corpora left, so the implant may be very satisfactory by itself. Im a bit thicker than average at 5.75 and id like to keep this, so this was in case I lost some girth.. I read the Titan max inflation is about 5.5, not a big difference but if I drop below that, who knows, id like to get my girth back. But definitely at the same time that's for sure.. I was curios to if anyone has had a great outcome with implant plus urofill

I'll be going against a grain here. I had phallophil which is a competitor to Urophil.

I'm extremely pleased with it. Yes my dick was fat enough with the Titan implant but I didn't like the oval appearance.

My first couple of injections of the Phallophil made it look more oval. I went back for additional and they put it on the top of the shaft and my dick is much more round versus oval now.

No changes in terms of sensitivity. My biggest problem now is my partner complaints I'm too thick.

Where did you read this? Whatever the source it is s incorrect.

I have a Titan Touch and my girth is 6.0 inches.

Ive read this in multiple places.. I hope since I have a lot of healthy erectile tissue left I won't need it. But I guess it's very individual plus Id like a round shape too. It's encouraging to hear that you got a 6" girth. I hope my results are close to yours! Wanted to get feedback in case it comes down to it

Average is probably fine in a 35 year marriage but for single guys banging models in their 20’s that have their pick of the litter pornstar girth/dick is good stand out point at least in my experience.
