So when you say annoyance and lack of pleasure, what exactly do you feel that you don't experience now? Is it that part of your dick is numb from feeling? For the most part that tends to come back over time, although some people it seems to take longer. Is it only a problem with BJs, not with other types of stimulation/sex?

I'm related to this particular thread but related to your post is an overall theme, have you tried inflating it less than maximum? Like maximum is supposed to be uncomfortable for a little while, it's stretching things out and you shouldn't even need to be near maximum to be able to have good penetrative sex/oral with a solid hard on.
