I wanted to ask implant veterans:

1) When pumped - are there any time limitations how long you can stay pumped ?
for an example is it possible to inflate, finish intercourse and remain pumped, wait 10-15 minutes and proceed to another round? Can you leave it pumped for an 2 hours ?

2) If its pumped for long time period is it possible to experience some pain or something ?

You can leave the implant inflated for as long as you'd like. There are posters on FT that claim they enjoy staying inflated and inside their partner while they sleep, after sex.

I don't know this personally, but I think it's been reported often that after a very long time of being inflated there can be some soreness develop. I've not read about pain per se, but just soreness. I would assume the longer you have an implant and more often you use it, that soreness is minimized.

No limtis as long as you do not feel any pain or discomfort when pumped. Some men do, some do not. I do not.

I have 27 years old and venous leakage.

Pills do work indeed but its a lottery still and I still am limited to certain positions - this is not a sex life I want!

At the age of 27/28 i would love to finally start to enjoy having sex rather than having constant anxiety and depression.

I agree with answers that it is individual.
In my case, I'd say it is correlated to how hard I pump.
If I pump to the absolute maximum - which gives me a 2:00 erection which I can just move a few degrees up and down, but not up to my belly, and which can barely be moved sideways at all - then I'd say it gets uncomfortable after a while. Especially after sex, after orgasm, when bloodflow in my dick fades away. I would not keep that for two hours.
However, if I hold back a bit on the hardness, it makes a big difference. I could easily stay inflated for a couple of hours if I wanted to.
