Just had the surgery

Hey Fella's just wanted to update you I got the IPP from Hakky today. I finally got some quality answers from a good urologist. Hakky told me I had mild distal peyroines as well as a little scarring at the base.

He told me I had two options go pills and injections and be extremely careful he said because it will probably worsen overime. Or go Implant and basically have sex without restriction and see him every 10 years more or less. I chose the second obviously.

He gave me the titan 24cm plus 1cm rte both side. I am on pain meds and I have to totally give up my nicotine gum for at least 3 weeks so may be irritable lol.

Congrats. Here's hoping you have a speedy recovery.
Age 59. AMS 700 LGX 21cm + 2cm RTE.
Peniscrotal, 2/23.
6.25" OEM with Cialis, about 5" post-op. (11/01: Length 6.75" and girth is up to 4.75" mid shaft.) Still growing, albeit slowly. :D
Cycling daily. Hoping to get to 7". ;)

Age 73. Started taking 5 mg Cialis daily in 2000. Minor ED started in 2021. Major ED problem started in 2022. Coloplast Titan (20 cm w/1cm RTE) implanted infrapublicly on 01/24/2023 by Dr. Edward Karpman (El Camino Urology Medical Group, Mt. View, CA).

Yeah man just had it today! Looks like I’m about 7in fully inflated in the video report hakky sent me from the OR. Any idea how to share a video here?

Also said my girth was “insane” and they scrapped my peyroines and got rid of some scar tissue:)

Nervous to unwrap my dick but at the moment it feels good and I am feeling pretty enthusiastic. Will update later!

CONGRATS!! We have the exact same sizing by the same doc. Mine is healing great 4 weeks out. Hoping for a speedy recovery for you!
42 y/o, ED since sexually active. Cialis and Viagra give me bad side effects and limited erections. Injections were not for me. POTS diagnosed in Feb 2023 likely causing the ED. Titan 24cm + 1 RTE implanted on 3/2/23 by Dr. Hakky.

congrats, update us, did it leave you bloated? by how much and for how long, you will recover soon because you are young, good luck
56, ED since 2010, pills work but not always and well, trt in progress improved but not so much, myocardial infarction january 2016, new stent september 2016, hypertension, venous on 1/23/23 titan one touch 22, no rte dottor Gabriele Antonini Italia

Did he say anything on how many revisions can you have during your lifetime since you're so young? Does one runs out of revisions because of difficulties in implantation after some surgeries?
Venous like since I was 20 years old. Pills don't work too well. Thinking of implant in the future

Bro that is nuts! I actually mentioned I spoke to one of his patients from Saudi and he remembered you said you were a good dude.

So if I remember correctly hakky said I would grow to like just under 8 inches lol did you hear the same thing?
