Erection improvement
I am 2 years 8 months post prostatectomy and still have mild ED. I have been using a Vacurect pump occasionally and just recently I fitted the size 2 ring after achieving a partial erection because my usual size 4 ring would have been far too tight. To my surprise I managed to get a hard erection without going ahead with the pump. I tried this again two days ago with the same result. So it would seem that I am now capable of getting a hard erection with just the use of a not too tightly fitting constriction ring. I can only assume that my nerves have repaired some more but also that the snug but not tight fitting ring helps with venous leak. The result was very welcome and my wife certainly enjoyed it!
Had a robotic prostatectomy on 16 Dec 2010, with partial bi-lateral nerve sparing.

That is great news Notso stiff. We had surgery around the same time. Same operation. Do you feel the vacuret has made a big difference in your recovery. Also with you living in Europe i believe, have you used the shock wave therapy that is available in Europe. Also have you used any new drugs that are available in Europe but not in America that you feel have helped you,,,, thanks for any imfo and congrats,,,,Bill
Inplanted 12-28-21 USC Doctor Loh-Doyle AMS700 with MS Pump

@ Not So:
What exactly does "partial" bi-lateral nerve sparing mean?
I am 14 months out, with one nerve bundle gone, and got an (arguably) useable erection last week with no help other than the 5mg tadalafil I take every day. It was encouraging. Too bad there was no pussy to test it on.

RP in 2012 because of prostate cancer. 100% ED, also some leakage problems.

The Vacurect has certainly helped as part of the therapy to keep the blood flowing. I also have a Viberect which helps to awaken the nerves. I also use a prostate massager even though I don't have a prostate anymore. It helps to manually stimulate the nerves.
Shock wave therapy isn't something I have looked into but perhaps I should. I just use daily 5mg Cialis.

I had both nerve bundles spared but only partially i.e. the surgeon had to remove part of each nerve bundle.

Hmm, ok, I hadn't heard of that before.
