Already said, but yes if you can cum now, you'll be able to cum after the implant.
I had no problems before or after, but for about 6 months after it would take a long time to orgasm. Once I was all healed up and the nerves regenerated all the sensations I felt before were back.
In those first few months you'll spoil your wife with your lasting superpower. After that it should only get better!

Personally I have had trouble cumming since the implant, I have found, however, that if I engorge my glans through various methods, I get more sensation and makes cumming much easier.
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.

Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. I also have mild BPH
