Hi,

Just a question about an implant, If i get an implant. Will my partner be able to notice it?

Let say, I get an implant without telling anyone, and after i am all healed up lets say almost 2 3 months. My Gf moves in, i do not tell her about the implant. Will she able to notice?

Depends on who does your surgery and how it turns out. If you get an expert world class surgeon than they can tailor it to the fact you ar a single man and hide it very well.

I was implanted 5 days ago and am very pleased how discreet it is.

of course yes, add your signature if you can, in order to understand what you have used up to now and what your situation is like, I think you are very young, remember the implant is the very last option even medical science says so, then there are a lot of implantologists for attachment to money try to subvert the truth with some of their judgments, before the implant it is worth trying everything! if one day I will hear the system as described here I will be the first to write about it, to date 76 days later it hasn't happened, I would have liked to add myself to the enthusiastic chorus of FT unfortunately this is not the case, be careful when making this choice, you cannot go back to behind, you don't know how much I want it

forget about hiding it from your girlfriend/partner/wife, my implant is as perfect as yours, the pump is rock hard, sooner or later the woman will notice

I understand wanting to keep it discreet for a casual encounter, but it's crazy to think you can hide something like this from your girlfriend. It's also immoral

Mine also is very discrete. Nobody observing would see the pump. But first time your partner reaches down to caress your balls fully they will surely feel the pump. It’s like a large marble tucked away back there. You can’t hide this fact forever.

Realize for yourself this is nothing to be ashamed of. My girlfriend likes playing and squeezing tge pump. She grabs is spontaneously all the time. It can be something fun with the right partner. Well they put the pump behind my balls so they'd have to feel the back side. But then again my balls are very swollen right now from the procedure so maybe with time it will become more noticeable.

For a relationship it would be immoral, because the implant replaces the man's natural sexual function.

Breast implants are purely cosmetic. That's why many insurances and medicaid/medicare cover penile implants and not breast implants. Breast implants are analogous to pectoral implants

That argument makes zero sense and your telling me you have never felt a womans breasts and enjoyed it? The original poster is asking about concealing the implant and it's not immoral to not volunteer that you are implanted and even if you think so OP didn't ask about your morals.
